I bought a VelCore 22 and spent almost $3k and after 5 years this POS had hardware issues and the screen does not work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THESE FOLKS WHO WENT BANKRUPT ARE HORRIBLE AND NEW OWNERSHIP IS HORRIBLE. I tired to work with them after my screen became a brick and they did not disappoint with not being helpful. Completely worthless and I will never buy anything from them ever again and if you are thinking about buying anything from them- Don’t DO IT! They could careless about your business and your customer experience.

Need a receipt for HSA
You are not giving me a receipt and no packing slip. Without a receipt, I can not seek reimbursement from my HSA. I call Custromer support and speak to foreigners who don't have a clue. If you can not send a receipt I have to return the bike.

Second set of BowFlex dunbbells
Check out and discount made the decision easy! I have owned a previous set of adjustable BowFlex dumbbells which through the years, worked nicely. A couple of days ago I was replacing hand rails on my deck outside and decided to use these weights to hold rails down while I was setting up to screw in place. I have a large fabric tarp over deck for shade. Very windy outside. Wind caught the tarp, shook rails, weights went down 10', breaking things along the way plus weights on stones. Did NOT see that coming. Time for new weights even though my old ones still looked new. 😔 Still,GREAT PRODUCT!!! Use item correctly is the lesson. Milan

Very disappointed
Customer Support has refused to give me any kind of professional support other than asking a few basic questions then saying the necessary part is out of stock. My treadmill T6 was purchased in April 2026 and 39 days later, it stopped working. I have been waiting since May 18th for resolution only to be told that a magnetic safety key would not be available until SEPTEMBER. This was an expensive item that is now completely useless. I also purchased it following a heart attack I suffered. I have been given no other options other than to wait for a still out-of-stock part.

I never received an confirmation email…
I never received an confirmation email with my order number after purchasing the Bowflex. To make the matters worse it will take about three weeks at least for me to get my hands on the purchased item when I can buy the same item on Amazon I get it delivered to me in two days. Even worse because I don't have an order number or any confirmation email. I can't even cancel my order to purchase via Amazon.
