You can make all things work with a purchase.
I liked the many useful features and I hope they all work as you say. I tried to use the credit feature to pay over time and it did not work and made me think you were just collecting information. I finally had to just pay for it outright and I didn’t want to do it that way if I had other options. Not good.

I still don’t have the Bowflex machine…
I still don’t have the Bowflex machine that I purchased. The company that is supposed to deliver it to has not contacted me. I have no way to talk with them. Their chats are slow and can’t answer my questions. I love your machines though this may cause me to not recommend purchasing one to my friends - which is the opposite of what I have been doing.

Was sent broken machine.
The box was broken and opened when received. The box was so bad, the screws for the machine were missing. Customer service has not been helpful thus far, hence review. I have even sent pictures of broken pieces. I literally just spent all this money and I have a broke machine. Just be careful. Not worth ...this crap.

Got an email right after ordering saying there was a problem with the order and to call. I called but said they were out of the office. Seems like order staff should be ready to take these calls.
Update: All is good now. I thought I would miss out on the dated discounts before getting resolved, but is ok. Looking forward to delivery...

Poor Customer service
The fact that I only got a $60 voucher for my previous nationwide defective Bowflex weights (Cost $400+) is despicable and Bowflex should be ashamed that they don't stick by their name and brand.
