New to BowFlex !!!
I called to ask questions about the shipping process and Ross was very helpful. He asked what Treadmill I was interested in and I told him the T16. He sent me a great coupon. The website was easy to navigate.I previously had a Norditrac but saw the BowFlex T16 in Sporting Goods and decided to check it out. I had the gentlemen start the T16 for me and it was smooth and quiet. I loved the feel when I was walking. So I decided to go with the Bowflex. I am already signed up with the JRNY .All I am waiting for is my Treadmill to arrive.

I have 750 credit and was denied the option to finance an elliptical. My husband with even better credit history attempted and was also denied. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was asked to hold to order new…
Was asked to hold to order new dumbbells (sales team not available on weekend, and I even offered to order online), and missed the sale. This is frustrating.
When I called on MON to order, the Sales person was great, but could only offer small discount. Not sure why I was advised to call on MON and not at least order online to catch last day of sale.
