They don’t back their warranty.
Purchased a machine about 4-5 years ago. Invested a lot of money into a good one, and a few months ago it started acting up. Had a technician out and he confirmed the drive motor is shot. Called bowflex but they will not warranty. The drive motor should have a lifetime warranty but after only a few years I’m out thousands and bowflex won’t stand behind their equipment. Maybe it’s because they’re im bankruptcy or they just don’t care after the machine is sold, but they won’t stand behind their warranty or equipment.
I would have paid for the technician to replace if bowflex would have replaced the part for free. But no, they won’t.
I can understand equipment can be faulty which is why warranties exist, but when a company won’t stand behind their products…I’ll never buy or recommend bowflex again.
Buyer beware.

Lack of long term support
We bought a bowflex hvt a few years ago and it along with the app was amazing. Easy to use and worked great.
That is until bowflex dropped the app. Rendering this machine almost useless without the guided workouts and exercise videos to follow.
Contacting support was a waste of time.
I'd avoid their products as they don't care about long term support

Great Sales Rep, Great Company and Products!
Great sales rep! I purchased the M-16. He was very personable, had all the information I needed about shipping and package weights, walked me through the process, and completed the sale. Then, he transferred me to Customer Service to get the $46 part I needed to repair my old M-5 which is STILL like brand-new after over a decade. Bowflex and it's reps ROCK!! This is my third Bowflex purchase. I also bought a weight set. Couldn't be happier. I see no reason to shop with any other company!

Be warned
Be warned, the SECOND warranty runs out on your machine, you’re on your own. So when your screen dies less than a year after purchase, you’ll be left to pay the $900+ to replace it. This company DOES NOT stand behind their product. I loved my treadmill until this all happened. Never again. Do not buy.

I was able to navigate the website very easily. I had absolutely no trouble placing the order. Everything I needed was found easily on each page. I'm not a techy person and I am legally blind, so if things are easy for me, 99% of the general public should have no difficulty. System errors
Ok but after entering all details it would reject saying ‘our systems can’t process orders’ we’ll say that before I go through the process not after Only one of the dumbbell set came (damaged) called customer support said the other one was going to arrive, didn’t. I regretvorderinf from them and from the current customer service expect a battle to get my money back
