High functionality, great Value!
High functionality, quality, leading to great value. A few complications with assembly but our new BowFlex easily compares (we compared it!) to or exceeds treadmills costs hundreds of dollars more. Used regularly we are still discovering cool features.

Cancels should be as easy as orders
I filled out all of the info to use financing, but then, when I went to the checkout, it wasn't clear I had to switch to the financing tab (I had just finished filling out the financing). When I realized I made a mistake after completing the order, I thought I'd just cancel it and do it over. Guess what? Seconds after you complete an order, you can't cancel it! You have to call, and the call center can't even cancel it. They have to create a ticket and wait for someone to manage it.

My machine was improperly assembled. Repair from GoConfigure proved impossible. Now it's total junk.

It was very easy to order the 50 pound…
It was very easy to order the 50 pound power rods. I have had nightmares trying to order other weights. Recently I wanted to replace all my power rods and ordering them was so difficult. There should be a site to just order power rods! I am a personal trainer and have owned several universal systems and have settled on Bowflex because of the ease of operation. i’ll give you five stars for your equipment, please help all of your patrons by updating your website to just include a section to order power rods. Thanks.
