Customer Service is Horrendous. Still do not have my bike assembled after a week and $349.
I paid for white glove delivery with full assembly. A week ago the company dropped off the box and said they were not assembling it, they only delivered it. I called Customer Service and they said they would put in a ticket and I would hear back in 24 hours. I did not. I had to call back again and got someone with a very thick accent and I could not understand her very well at all. She said that she would submit another ticket and I would hear back in 24 hours. I told her that was unacceptable and I wanted to speak to a manager. She told me they would tell me the same thing and I needed to "follow the process." I continually asked to speak to a manager and she continued to refuse. Finally she put me on hold and after waiting I hung up. The next day I emailed and they did get back to me and said EFW would call me to schedule a delivery. They still have not. It has now been a week and my bike is sitting in box. I've emailed again this morning and 2.5 hours later they still have not helped me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from what I thought was a good company.
Update: Two men from the freight company came to assemble it. They told me they had never done this before and proceeded to follow directions. They said we just deliver it, we don't typically assemble it. They did their best but the seat is wobbly (unsafe) and the screen is crooked. Called back Bowflex, again, the rep would not let me speak to a manager, and he said he would put in another urgent ticket. I want someone to come out (physically) and make sure the bike is safe. UGH. Never again, Bowflex.

Horrible customer service
Confirmed my order and then 5 minutes later said they were holding it until I called for some undisclosed reason. Called and they said I had to call back the next day. Said fine, cancel it. Now have to wait another day to hear from someone to cancel it. Shady and weird.
