I was so impressed with this product that i felt it necessary to share my experience. its actually one of the best products ive ever bought! if youre looking for a quality product, then dont hesitate, buy this one!

I've ordered from the website quite alot over the years and never had any issues everything has always come promptly and in one piece, I use the counter at selfridges in the Trafford center if I want to try anything first and had my makeup done by them, they are extremely helpful and polite when I have been. I also follow a few of the pros on social media and they are quite on point on getting back to you if you want to know what product they are wearing which I feel is great as they are obviously very busy people.

Hier werden Versprechungen gemacht um Kunden zu ködern, indem sogenannte "Geschenke" durch gesammelte Punkte eingelöst werden können. Wenn man seinen Einkauf dann abschließt, in der Meinung, man bekommt für den eh schon überteuerten Preis zumindest ein Zusatzprodukt, also insgesamt wird es dann bezahlbarer, der hat sich ordentlich getäuscht. Denn ob man am Ende ein fehlerfreies und brauchbares Produkt bekommt oder nicht, ist dem Zufall überlassen. Und wenn man ein leeres Produkt zugeschickt bekommt, also einfach nur Verpackungsmüll, dann hat man eben Pech gehabt.

Tja, meine gesammelten Punkte sind weg und ich hätte mich durchaus nicht zu dem Kauf hinreißen lassen, wenn mir nicht dieses zusätzliche Produkt versprochen worden wäre. Dass man einen Ersatz zugeschickt bekäme, wäre wohl das mindeste.

Doch was man von anderen Unternehmen kennt, nämlich faire Vorgehensweisen und Versprechungen die man hält, ist bei Bobbi Brown bzw. den kompletten Estee Lauder Companies nicht zu erwarten. Hier werden Kunden und deren Verbraucherrechte mit Füßen getreten.

Es ist nicht das erste Mal. Zu oft habe ich diesen Betrügern eine Chance gegeben und hatte schon ähnliche Erlebnisse. Anders kann man diese Unternehmen nicht mehr nennen – Betrüger – da schließe ich mich meinen Vorrednern an. Unmöglich!

PS: meine E-Mails werden inzwischen komplett ignoriert, nachdem man mir zu anfangs noch "helfen" wollte.

I’ve just had a good experience with Bobbi Brown customer services. I wasn’t looking forward to contacting them, given the reviews here, but I struck lucky obviously (thank you, Marina) and everything is sorted out. My lip-tint was damaged in the post and BB has dispatched a new one. I agree that their casings for products have gone downhill - I still have a brand new longwear eye shadow that has never worked - right from the start. But anyway, all good for now.

I was searching for a stockist in the Portsmouth/Fareham area. The website locator suggests House of Fraser in Chichester, this closed down sometime ago. When I google for this info it brings up a list of Boots stores that don't stock it. I find it completely unprofessional that they don't take ownership of the info that is on google and ensure that their own store locator is up to date. I tried to contact them but I got error messages when I tried to send an email via their onsite proforma and couldn't find a phone no. If there is one it is well hidden. I expect better Bobbi Brown.

I have never used Bobbi Brown products before my recent purchase. I was so excited to buy the gel liner with the recommended brush for application.
The gel liner goes on unevenly and doesn’t last all day. The applicator brush doesn’t help one bit. For the price and performance this is a true disappointment. No more for me!

I am absolutely disappointed to know that you are using animal testing and therefore cannot tolerate this unnecessary animal cruelty anymore. I have been buying your products for long time, but as soon as I got to know this, I decided not to use your products and switch to brands that do not do this anymore. There are alternatives to avoid it and so many brands are switching to cruelty-free. If you care at all about poor animals and people in general, you should be more considerate, then maybe more customers will come back.

Ordered two items one was missing, difficult to get through to customer service but when I did they refused to replace or refund until they conducted an enquiry with their warehouse. They couldn't give me a timescale of how long this would take. I am outraged I expect to get what I pay for? the customer service agent was like speaking to a broken record.

Great product-absolutely the WORST cases. I have kept silent for too long. Numerous broken cases, powder palates that fall out and crack into a million pieces, hinges break, lipstick cases crack and don't stay on, eyebrow applicator end covers cracked; all cheap plastic and poorly constructed! Mind you....my cosmetics stay in a drawer, not in my purse, not dropped. I have cases from competitors that are much older and are still in one piece.

I can't be the only one with this problem. Your cases should be equal to the quality and price of the product, not inferior to increase your profit margin. BB, please fix this issue. I have pictures if you would like to see them.

My order was shipped and delivered sooner than the posted timeframe. The eye shadows I purchased work very well together and apply easily, lasting a long time with no fading or creasing. I also received loyalty points for my purchase. I would definitely purchase from Bobbi Brown directly again!

They had a promotion of buy a vitamin base cream and get a free foundation. After I placed my order, they told me the free foundation is out of stock, but they are still selling on their site. I asked the customer service when are they gonna ship the free foundation, they told me it is out of stock for the color I want. So I have to choice a color that does not fit, because they won't provide any refund since it's a gift and it's free. However I brought the cream because of this free foundation, sobat the end I get a foundation that is not even my color. If you don't have the product that is in stock, do not take my order. This is the most terrible online shopping experiences I had.

This is the worst website ordering system Ive ever used. You add stuff to basket, add ofer code, then says invalid but not why, so go to virtual help who say you have to have an online account. set up online account then add things to basket and there is no where to submit order, just says home delivery and nowwhere to hit order. Added my home address into profile, still nothing, so painful

I purchased a foundation online in November, using the virtual helper to suggest the correct shade. Unfortunately the shade was a little too pale. In January I ordered a shade darker and it was spot on. I chatted with Bobbi Brown customer service online and they were happy for me to return the original foundation for a refund, even though a few months had passed (although I had only used the product that one time) and have sent me a return label for free.

No order after 7 weeks. Replacement not shipped - as shown by tracking. No explanation. Had to go onto social media just to get a response. Very poor customer service, which saddens me as I have spent thousands of pounds with them over the years. AVOID.

I’ve placed order 58085829 on 23rd November and was chasing up my order 1 month until I receivebit. When I finally received it 1of the items was missing. I’ve sent email to customer service, tried to contact their customer service on the phone and online chat but nobody replies. Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous! Don’t waste your time and money ordering online.

Beyond exasperated with Bobbie Brown Cosmetics on-line customer Service! Order # 3959624356 -First for the positive, after a lot of effort and email writing (dating to before Christmas) as Live Chat and phone calls for these issues are not accepted, 2 of my 3 issues with order # 3959624356 were addressed although I have not received promised item yet from issue 2.
Last issue- ART STICK in BARE missing from my order has not even been acknowledged much less credited back to my credit card or item resent (or promised).
While multiple people have replied to my emails, they either don’t read my entire (very short, bullet point, action desired messages) emails or don’t grasp English well enough to realize I am not talking about the first 2 issues but a 3rd issue. Reading the email string would be too much to ask. The emails say we have addressed item #2 with out addressing #3.....have a nice day. Sigh.

Since other experiences with on line orders have been good during the Pandemic, I have tried to be patient but really? Why would I bother with this type of experience. If I want product again, I will order from Nordstrom or another vendor that values good customer experience.

If it was possible to place less than one star, I would. My order was placed over a month ago. Yes, I emailed and only received robo-responses twice. DO NOT ORDER FROM BOBBI BROWN CA. Customer service is non-existant and I STILL haven't received my order. Everything ordered from the States, the UK and China made it here in 3 weeks but nothing from Ontario and I live in Vancouver. What the Heck!

Ordered something 2 week ago was expecting delivery before Christmas I got a email saying it had been dispatched and then tried to track my items and it says that Hermes can’t deliver my items can’t get through to Bobbi brown customer service the web chat is ridiculous can’t get through they just keep sending the same automatic response absolutely useless will not be buying for here ever again has this was a gift for someone
