Mieser Kundenservice

Ich kann mein Kundenkonto nicht mehr nutzen, weil keine Zahlungsmethode funktioniert. Der Firma ist das Problem bekannt, es tritt global auf, aber sie ist nicht in der Lage oder willens, das Problem zu lösen.
Statt dessen wird mir vorgeschlagen, das Konto zu löschen und ein neues zu eröffnen und die Punkte zu übertragen.
Ich warte auf die Schließung des Kontos und frage dreimal nach.
Erst heute kommt eine Antwort und ich werde aufgefordert, ein Formular online auszufüllen. Die Bearbeitung könne einen Monat (!!!!!!) dauern.
Kein Entgegenkommen, kein Angebot.
Das war's. So verprellt man Kunden.

Expensive and poor packaging/cases

I love Bobbi products I really do but for the love of god why are they so expensive when the cases break so quickly on things like pressed powder and bronzers etc. the plastic snaps and the top is then useless and then your expensive product is exposed. It’s so annoying. I’ve been wearing Bobbi for over 10 years but I’m looking at other cheaper new up and coming brands.

Dishonesty

Don't fall for their "buy one, get one free" promotion. The free product will never be available. When contacted a customer service, they just said you can return if not satisfied.

Be aware of their promotion trap

I placed an order online during their buy one get one free cleansing oil promotion. There was also free gift and free shipping if you purchased over a certain limit so I thought I might as well...and placed the order with a few other items that I didn't really need in order to meet the threshold.

Bobbi Brown immediately sent me an email saying the cleansing oil was out-of-stock but they'll be sent in the next two weeks.

The other items (that I didn't really need) were sent to me in a week.

After two weeks, BB sent me an email saying the cleaning oil "is no longer available" and will not be sent. Ironically, the cleansing oil is showing available on their website.

So now I ended up with these few things that I didn't really need, and would not have bought if were not the promotion. Further more, if I want to return them, I have to pay for the return.

They are so many alternatives on the market. I really don't need to feel that I've been played this way. Bye bye Bobbi Brown!

Coordination is very bad

If there is zero star

If there is zero star, I would have keyed in no star. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
I ordered a unit of Mini Skin long wear weightless foundation from their US online store. The tone that I ordered was HONEY W-064. That was beginning of Jan 2023.
1st shipment - they sent me W-046 Warm Beige.
After writing to them to advise they have shipped me the wrong tone, they sent me a replacement of W-074 Golden. Still wrong.
Upon writing to them again (with CLEAR photos of product received attached to the email), their reply this time was horrible and patronising. They insisted that they have sent me the right order, Honey. I mean - I have photos attached to the email! Who makes stuff like this up? This is like the WORSE nightmare of online shopping.
Bobby Brown cosmetics - perhaps hire someone in your dispatch team and customer service team that are not illiterate or dyslexic? You can send me all the colours that you want - but they are of no use to me until I receive the right one.
This is how they drive away a loyal customer that has been using their product for the past 15 years.

Long wear cream shadow vanilla is a…

Long wear cream shadow vanilla is a nice base colour but the stick is rubbish! Paid £27 for it to snap or come out while I took the top off. Think this needs to be potted can see what u get for your money and no breakage. Looking for something similar as this is expensive for what u get. Checking reviews out on here they really need to pull their socks up. I would be horrified if people I employed was doing this to my company

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. The saying is - you get what you paid for but this isn’t the case with this brand. Brought foundation for £50+ assumed it would be good because it was expensive.
It does not look good. It makes my skin cook cakey, and old lady skin. Wish I had read the reviews. Stick to brands like Mac, Estée Lauder , Clinique etc. total waste of money

CATASTROPHIQUE!!

CATASTROPHIQUE!!! Surtout n’achetez pas sur Bobbi Brown… Service client inexistant, impossible à joindre. Commande passée le 20 janvier, toujours rien reçu!! Et aujourd’hui je vois que le colis retourne chez l’expéditeur après avoir été bloqué pendant plusieurs jours sur leur plateforme de Charenton le pont. Achetez chez d’autres marques, ne perdez pas votre temps sur leur site !! Inadmissible

Disappointing customer service

Feel really disappointed with the intensive serum foundation that I purchased. I do actually like the feel of the foundation but it’s the colour. I purchased it in store and felt it was slightly yellow plus the store lighting was not much help. The sales assistant was unable to give me a tester but the lady assured me that it was fine and colour really suited me. I tried it on a couple of times at home and I look yellowish. I don’t want to waste another £50 especially when you can’t trust the sales assistant. It’s just annoying because I would have bought the product anyway so why allow me to choose a colour which does not suit me because you think it’s a quicker sale. Their customer service ethics have put me off their products.

Order never received

What's happened to Bobbi Brown Cosmetics? I ordered from them for years with absolutely no problems. Now they will not ship out my order. I've advised them twice that I've received no shipment confirmation after weeks, and both times I received a canned response that my order would be "reshipped" for no charge. But it seemingly never does get shipped. These are not inexpensive items, so I don't know what to do. But I see I'm not the only one experiencing this.

Awful! Don't order online!!

Ordered makeup on 24/11, received today 19/12! Extremely poor service, customer services totally unhelpful. Tried to cancel my order, no reply.
Package was purportedly missing in transit, no communication from customer services. When eventually they contacted me the free Christmas cracker worth £49 was no longer available!! Really disappointed, would NEVER ever order from BB website. Go to the shop! or shop Jones Street, same makeup by original Bobbi Brown lady.

Awful all round and now gets worse

Purchased £125+ of products online. Waited for delivery from Evri until past given deadlines. Contacted BB Customer Service for assistance. Very long delays getting through. Eventually ambivalent response advising the package was 'lost' - It's is the SECOND year running this has happened. Eventually agreed a replacement order would be raised. A couple of days later I was advised by e-mail one of the products was no longer available. Have had to source elsewhere at a far higher cost. Products have just turned up 3 weeks after placing original order. Still waiting for the response promised to my complaint. Although my wife and two grown up daughters love Bobbi Brown products I will never buy direct online. AVOID
Update: Now found they have still charged me for the non available product. After another long wait on the phone a refund was agreed. Another complaint was placed. No response from Bobbi Brown on this or the original a couple of weeks back.

AVOID AT ALL COST

I have received the wrong product.
Then I have returned the product.
I have never received the refund. It's been almost 6 weeks now.
Contacted customer service many times: incompetent and useless.

Do not order! They are thieves!

Besides I would like to insist that this brand is an absolute shame. If you have read their previous reviews you must have notice that the brand reply kindly to each of them with an email address. Well I have used this email address. It is a scam, they do not reply and they do not fix the issue.
I hope you see this before you order. I wish I would have consulted TrustPilot before I order. That would have save me a hassle.

False advertisement

False advertisement, breech of sales agreement & complete rip off. Purchased items not delivered as stated. Items missing (gift cracker). I purchased my products and was promised ALL items ARE AVAILABLE and OUT FOR DELIVERY. When I didn’t receive my Christmas cracker which was part of the items, called customer service only to be lied to saying items are out of stock. I tried ordering the same items online again and it is AVAILABLE. You cannot lie and say part of T&C that free gift can be out of stock etc. Confirming all items are available and OUT FOR DELIVERY is proof enough. Not once I received any notification about any item that were purchased as part of the contract is NOT AVAILABLE. Bobbi Brown UK online is a scam.

So verliert man treue Kunden, Case 07007323

Ich bin seit Jahren Kundin bei Bobbi Brown. Ware bestellt Anfang September, nicht angekommen. Mehrere Male Customer Service über Whatsapp kontaktiert, keine Hilfe. Mitte Oktober Email bekommen, dass DHL mein Paket verloren hat und DHL mich rückerstatten soll??!? Ich habe sie daran erinnert dass ich einen direkten Kaufvertrag mit Bobbi Brown habe und nicht mit dem Paketdienst. Am 2/11 habe ich die Bestätigung bekommen dass mein Geld innerhalb von 10 Werktagen zurück überwiesen wird. 30 Tage später habe ich mein Geld immer noch nicht bekommen! Ohne Worte....
