Horrible customer service
I placed an order approx 1 week ago for the enriched face base and 4 make up products, so an expensive order. I should have had 25% off the face base and a free gift as my order was over £55, it was approx £145. I didn’t get the free gift and I got 15% off. I tried to stop the order on the day I placed it when I realised what they were up to and they refused despite it not being despatched til a few days later. I am furious. I really like the products but they are clearly trying to get away with the bare minimum despite all their lovely non existent offers. Don’t be tempted or taken in as the other reviewer says you won’t get what they promise you. That’s the end of Bobbi Brown for me and over to JONES ROAD BEAUTY I go!

Too many technical issues
Too many technical issues with the website/email and they don't acknowledge or offer anything when clients are letting them know there's a problem. Placed an order late evening and realized it was wrong. The next morning tried using the cancel order button in their own emails and it did nothing other than take you to BB website. Contacted Technical services and they said they would try to do that on their end. Of course they didn't and they won't even acknowledge that a feature and link they are sending out is not working. Tried using the Cancel order link on laptop and mobile and it did virtually nothing. Now to ship back the order $15-20 later and they're still offering nothing. Also, the chat agent must be handling chats at once and lose track of each conversation. As I try to unravel this mess, she says "if you'd like help placing an order..." Completely off track from anything we were talking about. Just a mess! Other companies make similar if not better products, stick with them!

Frequently Change Promotions and do not Honour
I placed an order on a Saturday afternoon. There was a promotion for one free item.. for over £55 spent.
This morning on Sunday, I can see that you can get three free items for the same spend.
I asked if they could apply this to my order, which has not been processed. They said NO.
I asked if I could cancel to reorder as it had not been processed. They said NO.
I was advised to refuse the parcel or send it back to them. The refund process takes 14 days after this.
I found this poor form. Bobbi Brown products are fantastic. The business practices of the UK website are shameful.
I suspect they do this often, as when you access live chat, they have an automated section that asks if you would like to add 'today's promotion'. Only to be told this is not possible. Sham.

Ordered products,spent over £100,supposed to receive a free gift which was advertised and my order was delivered to the wrong address,after 3 emails CS finally answered,located my package and told me to go and get it!!!!
I did and the parcel was opened,free gift (Xmas cracker) wasn’t included,but according the invoice it should be,
After contacting CS they answered 2 weeks later and keep telling me that a free gift was not available
Why would you advertise it then.
Really appalling customer service and false advertising
Being a customer for years and this is how they treat you!
P.S.
After being on the phone all day CS still refuses to help ,talking through the emails they still useless!

Se confunden en el envío del producto enviando uno que no corresponde al que había abonado.
Tardan 3 semanas en darme una solución; devolver yo el producto que me mandaron equivocado para mandarme el que si había comprado.
Cuando realizó la acción anterior escriben informando que el producto por el que había pagado 3 semanas antes esta sold out.
Sinceramente me esperaba un servicio y atención al cliente acorde con los precios que se pagan por sus productos ( supuestamente alta calidad)
Han perdido una clienta !

Schlechter Kundendienst
Ich habe am Donnerstag eine Bestellung getätigt. Leider habe ich nicht sofort gemerkt, dass ich mich bei meiner E-Mail Adresse vertippt habe. Folglich bekam ich keine Bestellbestätigung etc. Am Freitag (also am nächsten Tag) kam ich nur mit grosser Mühe zu einem Kundenberater. Ich wurde mehrmals grundlos aus dem Chat geworfen. Als mir dann endlich jemand zu helfen versuchte, konnte man das Problem nicht lösen. Anscheinend konnte man in diesem Moment die E-Mail Adresse nicht einfach korrigieren und ich solle mich in zwei Tagen melden. Nun ist es 08:30 Uhr morgens (der Kundendienst sollte eigentlich seit 08:00 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen) und werde wieder ohne Begründung aus dem Chat (Homepage), sowie auf Whatsapp rausgeschmissen. Ich finde es nicht normal, dass ein Kunde mit so einem einfachen Anliegen so viel Zeit verliert und dem Kundendienst wortwörtlich nachrennen muss. Sehr unprofessionell und nicht zeitgemäss.

Ik heb een foundation retour gestuurd. Ik zou binnen 2 a 3 werkdagen geld retour gestort krijgen en heb nog steeds niks binnen. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, geen reactie. Het pakketje is wel aangekomen bij Bobbi Brown, want daar heb ik een bevestiging van ontvangen, maar geld retour niet. Hopelijk krijg ik het alsnog. Tip: bestel hier niet!!
Ik zal mijn review aanpassen als ik mijn geld retour heb.

Politique commerciale trompeuse
Offre promotionnelle reçue par mail, un fard à paupières, acheté un offert, à la réception du colis, un seul article. Réponse du service client contacté, il a du y avoir une erreur ou bien nous n’en avons plus en stock… Au revoir merci. Je trouve cela un peu cavalier, voire malhonnête.

I just ordered 2 products direct from the site using a 'code' (which was accepted at checkout) that was meant to add a free gift set to my order along with free samples - none arrived with the order. When I questioned this, I was told by customer service, that because I ordered a 'new' product, that made me ineligible for the offer. Apart from the fact I didn't order a newly released product, it doest state this anywhere in the T&C! Really bad customer service and false advertising. Although I love the item i ordered I will be returning on principle. I will not buy direct again.
UPDATE: having spoken with cluster services, they have agreed to send a free gift as agreed.

De pire en pire chez Bobbi Brown!
Je suis cliente chez BB depuis des années mais là c'est fini! Pas étonnant que Bobbi Brown elle même ait décidé de quitter la société car elle pensait que tout n'était que marketing pour faire du chiffre! Je confirme! Impossible de les joindre maintenant ni par mail ni par téléphone! Ils nous donnent un numéro Whatsap mais si problème: nul! En fait on a vraiment l'impression que c'est l'argent avant tout et le Service Client, inexistant! Je vais donc arrêter d'acheter chez eux bien que j'aime les produits car leur attitude est inacceptable envers leurs clients. Apparemment d'autres marques sont aussi bien que BB, pour ma part je vais essayer Typologie qui apparemment a de très bons produits et un bon service client!

Constantly discontinuing products
Discontinued the lipstick shade I'd been wearing for 17 years. Was told it was very popular in the UK but not so much in the US. Rep introduced me to another shade, but said it was out of stock and I should buy it elsewhere. Couldn't find it anywhere and then learned that shade had been discontinued too. Finally found a new shade I liked which - one tube later - has been discontinued as well. How on earth can you be in this business and not understand that customers become very attached to particular products, and that these random but regular discontinuations put people off your whole brand? I won't buy BB again, that's for sure.

- will not let you know if items are out of stock and missing, will just post incomplete
- after following with cust service, they decide what the replacement product will be without consulting you
... will be looking at alternative brands from now on.

Non existent customer service
I contacted Bobbi Brown via WhatsApp as I was dissatisfied with their foundation.
I asked for return label and was refused and told to pay for postage myself. Pretty basic stuff really
Agents responses are patronising and rude.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and customer service and will never purchase from this business again

I have had no problems products came in less than a week. The skin tint is fab, foundation great I got them with mascara, eyebrow pencil and eye cream along with a free mascara, face base lipstick and cleansing oil for 200 I am happy shame some of you are not I think they are good

Bobbi Brown Italia é un sito inaffidabile non all'altezza del marchio. Nell'ultimo acquisto era promesso on line di avere in omaggio un mascara e in tonico per ordini al di sopra do 69 euro ed invece è arrivato solo il mascara. Ho scritto al customer care e mi è stato detto che il tonico era finito. Ho detto che si trattava di un'offerta commerciale e non si poteva chiudere così la cosa ma eventualmente dare qualcosa extra. Non mi hanno più risposto nonostante abbia aperto due ticket. Ho acquistato altre volte e piu volte, nonostante il denaro fosse uscito dalla carta di credito l'ordine non si é perfezionato. Ho dovuto aprile vari reclami per avere il rimborso. Il custor care é pessimo, non puo fare nulla, il sito web è lentissimo e sempre con poco assortimento. Bobbi Brown italia: bocciato.

crayon sourcils et stick fard à paupières
J’ai acheté un crayon soucils samedi 1er juillet, nous sommes le 7 et le crayon est vide! La pointe sortie au minimum n’a fait que casser à chaque utilisation, une fois par jour! J’ai acheté également un stick fard à paupières, la qualité est plus que médiocre pour ne pas dire complètement nulle! Plus jamais! Un crayon a 36€ tout de même !

I ordered for 154€ on 19 July never received an order confirmation.
I called customer service and they said the system did not match the order with my payment end it will take up to 10 days to pay me back.
What a pour service for such a big company as Estee Lauder!!!

I used the WhatsApp messaging service to ask about an issue I was having regarding the BB Access loyalty programme. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been any less interested in helping me and was so blunt/unhelpful with their replies!
Needless to say I went elsewhere to order what I needed.
Very disappointing!
