Vitamin Enriched Face Base…
Ordered the Vitamin Enriched Face Base online. Ordering process was fine but the product has broken me out in a rash on my face. My skin was in lovely condition prior to this and I take very good care of it. I am so disappointed, a complete waste of over £50.
I see Bobbi Brown has replied and advised me to email them to discuss further, I've tried to do this but the email has been returned x 2 as undeliverable.

My package was signed for on November 16th. The package was not delivered to my door but was left in the lobby. It cannot be said that Bobbibrown is not responsible. They used a cheap express company and did not require a signature. My package was worth two hundred dollars and now he lost it. I'm very disappointed with bobbi brown

offre black friday : 2 cadeaux offerts (1 trousse + 1 crayon fard a paupiere offerts dès 95eur d'achat) ne fonctionne pas! soit disant les produits sont ajoutés dans le panier si on a un compte client.
Je me connecte sur mon compte client. Mais meme à 115euros dans le panier les produits ne sont pas ajoutés dans le panier!! par contre si j'ajoute par ex. pour 160euros alors les produits "offerts" apparaissent bien!! j'ai essayé avec plusieurs montants... les produits promis n'apparaissent jamais en dessous de 150eur environ.
sur leur service whatsapp on tombe sur une IA prehistorique... (passez à chat GPT ca aiderait peut etre!!) qui demande des infos personnelles. ensuite on doit attendre qu'un conseiller se connecte... donc autant dire on ne peut pas attendre devant son ecran en continu... resultat une personne me contacte, je reponds 4 min a peine après qu'elle m'ecrive... Mais elle avait deja disparu.. Je repond quand meme. et la : le "robot" me repond à nouveau et me redemande tout depuis le debut!!! alors que les infos demandées sont ecrites plus haut dans le chat! donc avec le meme numero de telephone/contact whatsapp vous devriez a minima garder les info données dans l'historique... si j'essaie de repondre autre chose que les reponses aux questions, le robot repond "merci et au revoir".. :((

Bad Customer Service
I was really disappointed with visit to George St Edinburgh store yesterday. I had booked an appointment for a make up lesson. When I informed the assistant at the till. She kept repeating “No you don’t have an appointment here” and suggested it must be in their nearby counter at John Lewis. I told her I had a confirmation email but she showed no interest in looking at it. As it turned out I had booked the wrong day so whilst it was the wrong the day and I accept it was my error, I think the assistant could have handled the situation better and offered better customer service eg offered to book another appointment and shown some genuine empathy that she couldn’t assist me. She did phone 10 mins later to say if I headed back to the shop they could fit me in but by that point I had already chosen to take my business elsewhere. I went to the Bobbi Brown counter in John Lewis in the St James Centre and despite not having an appointment received an amazing service and was able to treat myself to some lovely products. I will review that experience separately.

They sent wrong order, NO packing slip, NO customer service!
Issue: they sent the wrong order- i.e., a few cheap products instead of the $150 worth of products I ordered. NO packing slip. So I immediately tried to contact to resolve their mistake. Nonexistent "customer service". Tried 5x to use the chat, but no actual person reached. Tried calling and was on hold for over an hour (wait time estimated at 2-5 minutes.) Tried the call-back and nothing. I'm currently on hold again with the chat agent. Horrible- I will NEVER use their online shop again. I'll use Ulta or anything else. What a nightmare.
Update 6/28: finally got through to a CS person via web chat widget. They said they're going to send a replacement order out...but that they can't send a confirmation email or other record of the interaction. I did save the chat log but haven't received an email re: a replacement order. I was on the chat for 90 minutes- it was painfully slow. If the order issue is remedied I will note it here at that time.

Bobbi Brown offers free products but…
Bobbi Brown offers a free product with orders but does not include it when sending your order.
They do not offer a replacement either. They simply reply that the free product was out of stock (even though they still sell it). They reply that they also cannot send the free product once it is back in stock due to procedural constraints.

Products make my skin look and feel oily…
Recently started using Bobbi Brown cosmetics and have had unsightly acne/pimple break-outs. I’m 46 and not had this with my previous cosmetic range which I used for 5years. The products make my skin feel and look oily and I can’t wait to wash them off at the end of the day. The products are expensive and not worth the money I spent. Feel so disappointed.

Completely Frustrated with Endless Ordering Glitches and Useless Customer Support
For months, I've been trapped in a maddening cycle with this website, and it seems like my pleas for help fall on deaf ears. Every single time I try to place an order, the process implodes: I get charged (whether I use PayPal or another payment method), receive zero confirmation, and am unceremoniously dumped back onto the homepage with a full cart that mocks my failed attempt to purchase. This isn't just a glitch; it's a full-blown system failure that's been going on for far too long.
To add insult to injury, the customer support's response is laughably inadequate. They've done nothing but throw discount codes at me, which are absolutely worthless since I can't get through a single checkout process. They might as well send me monopoly money for all the good it does. And let's not forget the birthday gift code that became nothing more than a digital paperweight because of their incompetence.
I'm beyond frustrated. It's infuriating how this company ignores serious issues that block loyal customers from making purchases. The utter lack of effective support and resolution is astounding. It feels like they don't care at all about fixing the problem or valuing their customers. What a way to ruin what should have been enjoyable shopping experiences.

No refund on returned products
I returned an order I'd made online and was never given a refund. Their returns portal makes it almost impossible to prove a return was made. Now I'm still making Klarna payments on products I don't even have!

"Pire expérience jamais vécue ! À éviter.
J'ai passé une commande de 118 € suite à une publicité promettant un article offert dès 95 € d'achat. Tout d'abord, j'ai été facturée deux fois. Le service client, Soraya, a écrit (orthographe exacte) : "Je vais demander au service de comptabilité de vous recontacter" et a fermé le chat.
Ensuite, la commande est arrivée sans l'article promis. J'ai recontacté le prétendu service client, et cette fois, Coraline m'a écrit à plusieurs reprises qu'elle ne comprend pas d'où vient l'erreur. Elle me propose comme dédommagement deux codes de réduction de 30 % sur des articles non remisés (alors que tout le site est soldé à 25 % puisque nous sommes en période de soldes). Quand je lui explique que je vais retourner la commande car on ne peut pas traiter les clients de cette manière, et que je voulais simplement ma commande, elle répond : "Je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous n'avez pas reçu votre produit offert. Je n'ai aucune préférence, c'est vous qui avez demandé de faire un retour, vous pouvez aussi choisir de la conserver."

€112.- betalen en heel veel moeite moeten doen om contact te krijgen en hopelijk je producten nog te krijgen? Welkom in de wondere wereld van Bobbi Brown!
