just spent over £300 on Bobbi Brown make up for my daughters wedding after checking with the sales staff that the products are not tested on animals. I was told they do not test so I was happy to buy, but now have discovered the products are tested on animals. I am sickened by this and the company should be ashamed. I was falsed to give one star to be able to write the review, but would give no stars if possible.

J’ai eu une expérience absolument fantastique à la boutique Bobbi Brown de Cannes, grâce à Pauline, qui a été incroyablement professionnelle, attentionnée et à l’écoute.
Elle a pris le temps de bien comprendre mes besoins, m’a conseillé avec beaucoup de bienveillance, et m’a guidée vers des produits parfaitement adaptés à ma peau et à mon style. Pauline m’a aussi donné des astuces personnalisées pour l’application – un vrai plus !
Ce n’était pas juste un achat, c’était un vrai moment de plaisir et de confiance. Merci infiniment à Pauline pour sa gentillesse, son expertise et son accueil chaleureux. Je recommande cette boutique les yeux fermés – et si vous avez la chance d’être conseillée par Pauline, c’est encore mieux !

As a single dad of a 16 year old young lady as Prom night loomed I booked a make up lesson appointment at John Lewis, Reading, Bobbi Brown. The experienced and enthusiastic Eloise shared her knowledge, tips and techniques which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed.
On the day of the prom I had booked a Party Ready session with the same team. The lovely and equally product passionate professional Chloe immediately put my daughter at ease and again my daughter was very happy with her experience. She looked and felt amazing on the night. Priceless joy for me to see as her father. Thank you Bobbi Brown Reading - You were both awesome!

Huge decline in quality
I stocked up on their long wear eye pencil in Jet unfortunately. I used to live in it. They were all terrible, the colour stick kept falling out of the pencil and when you got halfway would stop working entirely becoming waxy and colourless. Total fraud after raising prices on top of it. Avoid at all costs

Produit très décevant par rapport au prix. Le Intensive Serum Foundation SPF 40 est tout simplement à fuir. Il marbre tous les pores de la peau et les ridules, style effet desséchant. Ne se fond absolument pas sur la peau. Je l'ai pris pour le SPF 40 en été que je trouvais pratique mais en tant que fond de teint il met en valeur tous les défauts de votre peau !

Awful experience. I ordered some foundation online which never arrived. Couldnt ever get hold of anyone in person to discuss, just a really crappy AI bot. The AI bot on theor website advised me the order had been cancelled! No explaination, no email, nothing. Complete waste of time, awful comms and no actual real people available to speak to.
Did not honor the coupon from their promotional email
I got email from Bobbi Brown this morning reminding me to use my birthday coupon for $10 off $30+ purchase. I tried to use it but it would not go through. I chatted with customer service and he told me that they don't have that promotion at the moment. I told him that I just got email in the morning. He said it's automated email and they they will let me know when the promotion is active again. How do I know that the email will give me reliable information in the future? I'm pretty done with Bobbi Brown.
Awful in store experience ; London Canary Wharf
Visited the Canary Wharf branch for colour matching for a foundation and tinted moisturiser. Had the appointment and purchased the recommendations. When I applied them at home they were completely the wrong colour. I don’t know if it was inexperience of the sales advisor / the artificial lighting in the store but they look awful. I went back in to be told Bobbi Brown don’t offer refunds and if I wasn’t happy to write to their customer services. I am now in the very long process of making a complaint and trying to get a refund. I’ve had to supply photos / batch numbers / repeat myself over and over again and still nowhere near getting a refund. Visit space nk / boots etc for a much better experience. Sadly Bobbi Brown has gone so downhill that’s my last ever purchase from them.
DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES
Echoing other consumers: You will not receive product, You will not receive a refund.
I placed a Christmas order Dec 9th, and to date (Jan 3) the product has STILL not shipped, Per their own CARRIER, OnTrac who's status states 'Awaiting Package from Seller."
Translation: BB is creating shipping labels, then holding product. Period.
Contacted them today, they will NOT refund, despite still having the product in their possession. They offered to re-ship "free of charge."(geez thanks for not charging me).
I have no reason to believe product will be shipped, and no desire to waste more time following up.
Instead, Here's What I Did:
1. Contested the charge through AmEx. BB can now spend time dealing with AmEx directly.
2. Filed a BBB complaint
3. Writing a review on this site
4. Will launch a BEWARE YouTube video to my 200k+ subs specifically outlining BB DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.

Bobbi Brown, une arnaque
Expérience franchement très décevante au regard des prix des produits.
La conseillère Galeries Lafayette m'a orientée vers un fond de teint couvrante légère "Lightweight". Légère, effectivement! aucune couvrance en fin de compte, ni aucune homogénéisation du teint, une vraie arnaque. Ajouté à cela un anti cerne qui m'a été vendu comme correcteur pour imperfections. Rendu affreux, fait des paquets, et des tâches plus claires au niveau des imperfections. L'expérience Bobbi Brown est clairement désastreuse , 100 euros investis pour rien.
Incorrect, misleading description
1. Not a trace of pink in the Golden Pink eyeshadow.
2. Smoky Quartz could relate to a brown or black but in actuality it is just a watered down version of the above.
Very misleading and disappointing. When we buy online we have to rely on the descriptions.
Überforderter Kundenservice
Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kundin bei Bobbi Brown und bin von der Produktqualität überzeugt. Bislang habe ich die Produkte im stationären Handel gekauft. Nun wollte ich den Onlineshop testen, da es auch ein Partykit zur Bestellung ab 95€ geben sollte. Die Ware wurde sehr schnell verschickt, allerdings war das Partykit nicht vollständig, es fehlen 2 Produkte. Dem Kundenservice ist es nicht möglich, diese nachzuschicken, stattdessen soll ich die Bestellung retournieren und neu aufgeben?! Ganz davon abgesehen, dass ein Produkt mittlerweile ausverkauft ist, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, warum es nicht möglich sein soll, die Werbeartikel nachträglich zu versenden. Der Kundendienst kann weder telefonisch noch per WhatsApp weiterhelfen. Schade! Dann habt Ihr eine weitere Kundin verloren. Es geht mir nicht um die fehlenden Werbeartikel, sondern die Art und Weise, wie damit umgegangen wird. Für alle Bobbi Brown Fans: schaut mal bei Jones Road, der neuen Marke der echten Bobbi Brown.
False Advertisement-Buyer Beware!
Did not honor the first-time buyer discount. Initially gave it, then adjusted the amount back to the full price after the fact.
Did not honor the free gift either. The website states that a free swatch kit comes with orders of $25 or more. I spent well over that amount, only to be told they would not honor it because I was $5 short.
The rules feel arbitrary, as though they will make up any excuse not to honor promotions or gifts.
I will be taking my business else where.

Very poor customer service - stolen package
Very poor customer service. Bought an eyeliner during Black Friday week for $18. Item was delivered, but a porch pirate stole the box off my front porch (neighbor has video). Per Bobbi Brown's website I contacted the shipping company, who referred me back to Bobbi Brown since they verified the package was delivered. Bobbi Brown refused to refund me the $18 or send me a replacement eyeliner. The customer service rep offered some free samples, which I accepted although I was very upset about the situation. The package with samples came...and the only thing in it was ONE mini cream eyeshadow! It was like a slap in the face...Bobbi Brown may as well have not sent me anything! I usually order all my Bobbi Brown from Nordstroms (for 10+ years) and have them price match off the BB website; however, after this experience I think I'll switch to a totally new makeup brand.
