It wasn’t clear what “assistance” meant. I did not like that the payment for services was with a differently named organization.
Excellent service even in problematic situations
I’ve been a customer for several years and I’m very satisfied. For the first time, something went wrong – one of my packages was lost during the delivery process. Between Box responded immediately and refunded the value.
Mistakes can always happen. What’s important to me is how a company handles the situation. Even in this problem case, I was impressed by their excellent service. It reassured me that even if something goes wrong, I can count on immediate support. A huge thank you for that!

Great first time experience using BetweenBox
I was recommended to use BetweenBox by a friend and was really happy I managed to get everything sent to me from France! Everytime I purchased something and had the item sent to their warehouse for me by using the address I was given, it was a very easy process. I got notified by email and the on their site everytime they received the item on my behalf. They took measurements, pictures, and calculated the weight of the item for me to show that everything was alright with the item. Their customer service was friendly too as I was able to reach out to them by their phone and email when I was worried about getting one item picked up via Mondial Relay as the seller could not do home delivery for me. I was relieved that BetweenBox could pick it up for me on time as it was my first experience using the pick up point option. The shipping costs may come out to a lot though, about $100 or more, depending on how many items you get because of the international customs and fees so keep that in mind when using this shipping service. It’s a very good and reliable service, I will definitely use it again as it is always difficult for me to get items from France especially Vinted, thank you! :)

SHipping cost is very high
SHipping cost is very high. it was just a cloth shoe weighing 0.5kg. DHL 260Euro, Colissimo 69Euro, So I chose 69 and the package is still in transit in France since 9th Janury and today is 21st Jan.

Incredibly Expensive
I made a mistake and regret using BetweenBox.
The cost of the delivery services the site offer are extortionate. To forward me one small package (a single CD), using the cheapest delivery service available, from France to the UK, was 45 Euros - three times the cost of the CD itself.
It seems that BetweenBox charge the same price, whatever the weight and size of an item. This is more expensive than forwarding several records from the USA to the UK. If I find I need to have anything forwarded from France to the UK again, it won't be with BetweenBox.

Insane shipping cost and terrible shipping.
To preface this review, I have received my item and it did come slightly damaged after I paid over 100 euros for a single vinyl to be forwarded. The package had a huge hole in it and looked like it had been ran over. Shipping estimates are roughly 4x what the actual price of shipping should cost. I did a label estimate myself to see how much it would cost to ship the item and it would have been around 35-40 Euros for a single vinyl. Would not recommend using this service and would find another alternative.
Going to edit my review now since they have responded. They did not send me pictures of my package when it arrived or notify me that my box had any damage. The point you are trying to make that the collisimo was option was cheaper and yes that might be true but Canada Post would not have accepted the package due to their ongoing strike during the month of december. Also this does not change the fact I could have made a return label from fedex with the same shipping method using the dimensions of the item dropped off to betweenbox for 1/4th of the price. They can try and jusitfy it however they want in their response. The label would have never costed that much and their customer service was abyssmal and about the same as this nothing burger response they sent. Ridiculous…

Reasonable Speed with Fair Options
It took three working days for BetweenBox to process my package after it arrived at their warehouse. I wish it could be quicker. Their shipping options are decent. I was able to get a mounted archery bow and accessories shipped to Canada for less than 250 euros through La Poste and, to my pleasant surprise, it arrived in fewer than two weeks.
Overall a great reshipping service with good ROI.
