Quick communication and very trustworthy service! I had never used a parcel re-shipping service before so was unsure of what to expect, betweenbox seemed the most trustworthy from reviews online so I chose them and I am glad I did. Will be using them again.

I bought shoes in France, they package them in smaller box..Tape it up and send to me in Australia.
The offered a reasonable shipping fees with the French shipping company.
Items arrived in perfect condition

Opened the package without asking or me selecting the option, charges 50 euros of fees on top of shipping. Does not offer cheaper shipping like their competitors (49 euros for a 1.2kg package from Canada to France)

Experience with BB was positive. Customer service was responsive and mostly prompt with their replies for info. Utilized their service for an eBay purchase as a go between since the seller did not ship to the US. Package not received yet but it is in process via tracking info BB provided. Made the purchase possible and was pretty easy.

4/27/2023 update: My package was received and in great shape. Go-between country was via an address I used in France. Being the first time using their service I was uncertain, but everything went well. Responses from BB were very brief but fulfilled.

Great service and simple use. Kinda on the pricey end, but I think France is expensive all around on parcel handling. Will use this service again.

Great professional shipping service. I have used between box 5 times over a 4 year period now and my items have always been securely packed & sent to Ireland . Shipping is on the high side but for piece of mind well worth the cost. I highly recommend 😊
