So I was in need of a carry-on suitcase right? Well with me being me, I decided to take the most challenging route possible. When I discovered of Pokémon themed suitcase that was available only in France, I decided now might be a good time to finally try out this shipping proxy thing I've heard so much about. That's how I ended up at betweenbox.
Once I read through the FAQ and played around on the website, I decided to place an order. Although the website might need a user interface facelift, their customer service is what I'm actually here to talk about.
Nowhere else have I encountered this level of kindness and helpfulness. Mona, the name of the person who works for betweenbox, floored me with her advanced customer service skills. Everytime I had a question because I was nervous due to never using a proxy service before, she was moments away from responding despite living on the other side of the Atlantic. By the end of our email exchanges, I felt comfortable enough to tell Mona details about me such as I'm getting married soon, and she decided to help me out with shipping costs after an initial shipping mixup happened. I count myself as blessed for having worked with Mona and the rest of the team.
Overall, if you're wondering whether you should use betweenbox or not, DO IT. It will be a smooth worthwhile experience likely filled with amazing customer service.

This is the best service I've ever had in my life for several reasons: They answer every question in a timely manner, even the smallest thing, they answer in the nicest and most courteous way, they help and explain every question in the most detailed way, and you really feel that whoever provides service does it with great love and not because it's what they have to do.

Just my two cents
I've used their services 3-4 times so far to have items purchased locally in France and then shipped to the UK. The packages took up to a week at most to arrive and the contents were always intact. The pickup request & the personal shopper features come in handy if the item can't be delivered straight to the warehouse address for whatever reason. If your order can only be delivered to a pickup point that's not included in their list but it's still nearby, they will still collect it for you as long as you send them an email and explain your situation. The 60 day free storage is also great. That's what sets them apart from other competitors. However, the shipping costs are double in comparison which doesn't sit quite right with me. Also, unlike other companies, they don't provide an option on your dashboard to check your order/shipment history. Once your parcel has been processed/sent to you, it's gone from the system.

Trustworthy
Very reliable service and can be trusted, customer service is very prompt and you get pictures of your items arriving safe - they also repackage securely and priced reasonably!! I left a more detailed review - but this is one of few very genuine services because a lot of the ones promoted online are promoted by bots with false reviews - Between Box is legitimate and really good at what they do.

The problem of BetweenBox
The problem of BetweenBox is that after you would send a forwarding instruction, you can't see any history. In fact, I try to point out that the items which hasn't been delivered, they went missing because there is no management.

Two parcels consolidated and shipped to Ireland
I needed some parcels to be shipped from France to Ireland. It was clothes for kids from shops that won't deliver outside France. I had two orders consolidated and shipped as one parcel.
There was an issue with the delivery address to me in Ireland but I wrote customer support via their website form, they timely contacted the delivery company (UPS) and corrected the address. I'm not sure what went wrong with the original delivery address, but they were responsive and the package arrived with minimal delay.
I'll use them again.

I’ve had multiple expensive items…
I’ve had multiple expensive items stolen just in the past couple of weeks! They used to scan in and photograph items the day of delivery which helped their customers get a refund if there were to be any issues but now they take a whole week!! And still miss photographing items! Don’t recommend them anymore!
