Absolutely amazing company, great product and staff are very helpful (going way above and beyond what is required). Would highly recommend bespoke fireplaces and will no doubt be ordering another fireplace from them in the not so distant future.

The service received was excellent and timely, however this is the second circuit board we have had to have replaced in the 4 years that we have owned the fire, this time obviously out of warranty...however as I said, the service received was excellent.

We found Bespoke Fireplaces by chance after visiting many fireplace showrooms across the NM, TBH we were very pleased as the showroom is very impressive catering for varied types of fireplaces and media walls etc. We subsequently visited 2-3 times and firstly the people in the showroom Colin, James and Molly were absolutely brilliant, no pushy sales techniques and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in providing samples and advice. The flute wall we chose is brilliant and not seen it anywhere else. The lead designer Paul was first class throughout updating us on order progress and preparation for install and advice on ensuring everything went smoothly. Paul & his install co-worker Steve were very respectful entering the house and continually tidying up, they even set up a gazebo on the drive to keep any mess outside when sawing etc. The installation quality is fantastic and the level of workmanship second to none. All in all Bespoke Fireplaces are a fantastic company to do business with, we highly recommend them and would be our first point of call should we need another fireplace. 👍

Firstly, my husband and I had visited many fireplace shops and wasn't able to find anything we liked. Although not from the area we decided to visit Bespoke Fireplaces and were not disappointed.
The sales representative that assisted us is called Colin and may I say he was so helpful, informative and at no point did he make us feel rushed. He was just wonderful.
The showroom is big and roomy with lots on offer. There are many different fires and fireplaces to choose from, unlike other places that we visited. There are a massive selection of woods, marble and other components which can be viewed in the shop and online.
Once we had made our choice the company got on with making the fireplace and during the process we were informed about everything along the way. This included drawings and specifications. The overall service was absolutely excellent and I cannot praise them enough.
When the fireplace was ready and a date set to have it installed I had to cancel at the last minute as the plaster on our wall was not quite dry. This was met in positive manner and another date was arranged. This was another plus in their customer care.
Paul and Stephen came to install the fire and fireplace and they were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. They were courteous, respectful and did a beautiful job all round. They left the house as they found it which represented their company very well indeed.
I cannot praise them enough and would most definitely recommend them every time.

Excellent service from a very professional company. Bought two fireplaces and we are delighted with both of them. The Italian marble surround for the formal lounge is stunning and in contrast we have a media wall electric fireplace in the dining kitchen area. The customer service, communication and installation service from these guys deserves more than five stars. We would definitely recommend Bespoke fireplaces.

I had to have a replacement electric fire. The aftersales team was very apologetic and replaced the item. The appliance came on time and was fitted by two polite and friendly guys. Excellent

We are often quick to complain and slow to praise, and with that thought in mind I wanted to commend Ryan to you who came and replaced a circuit board. He was professional and effective but also kind, patient and caring. He was conscientious, answered all my questions and left everywhere tidy. He said any further problems to just contact you. He is an asset to your company.

I also want to thank everyone with whom I had contact - Colin, Paul, Steven, Jay, Katie and Molly who kept me informed at every stage.

Visited the showroom on Friday.
We had travelled up from the Midlands to meet James .
Upon entering the store we was greeted by Colin who showed us around the various fireplaces that would compliment our room and media wall whilst we waited for James .
James knowledge was second to none as he knew what he was talking about .
We ended up buying a fireplace and could not be more happy , We chose this company as the fires come with a long warranty and as you can see from previous reviews,it's definitely a company customers go back to .
We are already in the process of buying a second fire we liked.
Also want to give a big shout out to Colin who we had a chat with.
Great experience visiting the store and very courteous Staff who definitely look after the customer.

Just been to the showroom and bought our new electric fire. James was very helpful and showed us the features of the fire, I would recommend them to anyone this is the second fire I have purchased from them and they go above a beyond. Also they have a room with toys in for anyone visiting with kids which is very useful.

Excellent service, sales process so easy and product delivered when we needed it no fuss. So impressed with the 2m fire such a focal point in the room.

We have a beautiful fire and had it 3 years. We had a slight issue with the electrics and the service since reporting has been fabulous. Katie, in customer service has been super efficient, helpful and very responsive. The engineer who attended was excellent and all fixed within an hour!

Just purchased a new fire. I emailed BF to ask some questions and received a reply within the hour. Fire was delivered to glasgow within the 3 days advised with a
Text to advise a time frame of when the delivery driver would be and a tracker to show where the driver was. Very impressed with the overall service.

Reported a fault with my fire which was out of warranty. New parts were sent out free of charge by post with video instructions on how to swap them. Work took me about 45 mins and the fire works perfectly again. Communication to me by Katie in the Service Department kept me informed throughout of when the ordered parts would be in stock and then posted. Excellent all round. Thank you Katie and Bespoke Fires for sorting everything so effectively.

Reported a fault with a fire on 1st Nov. Under the warranty, Mathew attended my address on 6th Nov and fixed the issue (changed circuit board) within 30 minutes.
Both Mathew and Katie provided great service all round.
Very pleased.

Awaiting delivery of our Panoramic 3DP fireplace. Special mention to Molly who made swift alternative arrangements for our delivery that was due to being delivered within 3 days and communicated well. Happy customer so far.

Visited the showroom twice this week and both times James really looked after us ,1st visit was to view the showroom and to get some information and advise , went away with the information i needed and was so happy with the service that i returned to purchase the fire i viewed. Great service,great prices & range of products … no pressure sales would highly recommend
