Had such a great experience with this company I cannot fault them from start to finish. Faith dealt with me many months ago when we first enquired about a media wall. We was moving home at the time and it was many months down the line we finally moved in. In all that time Faith kept in touch and we finally ordered the media wall. We changed our minds the same week and with no drama or trouble at all Faith & Kim sorted it out. Today we get delivery of the media wall and the two fellas who dropped it off are a credit to the company. Proper good lads and great personalities. This goes a long way. Good to see you use your own delivery people rather than sub contract it out as speaking to the lads they praised the company and were very helpful and positive which is brilliant to see. Thank you to the company, Faith, Kim and the delivery lads. You all made this purchase a wonderful experience 👍🏼

Luke turned up as planned at 07:00 in the morning. He was polite, punctual and professional. He took his shoes off once he entered the house and got straight to work. The repair took him 15 minutes and then he waited to check the appliance for a further 10 minutes. He had left within 30 minutes of arrival with our fire working once more

Exceptional service and products
We visited the showroom back in April looking for a media wall for our lounge (we had looked at several companies but thought that Costello Group had the most choice). We weren’t wrong! It was worth the two hour drive from North Wales. The choice and customer service from this company is exceptional (thanks to Colin for all his assistance on the day).
We ordered a media wall package and fireplace and it was fitted yesterday. The product is of a very high standard and looks great. Huge thanks to Mike and Charlie from the Costello team for the excellent job in installing the media wall.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Bespoke Fireplaces highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the end result has completely transformed our room.
A special thank you to Mike and Gary, who were absolutely phenomenal throughout the installation. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were second to none. They took great pride in their work, ensuring every aspect of our media wall was completed to an exceptionally high standard.
We are absolutely delighted with the finished media wall it looks incredible and has exceeded our expectations. What impressed us just as much was how clean and tidy Mike and Gary kept everything during the installation. At the end of the job, they left the room spotless, which was greatly appreciated.

From the initial show room consultation with Nic to the installation with Michael Blackhall we received a 5star service 👍
The range of options for selection and helpful advice offered by the staff in the show room was first rate.
Michael turned up on the day as arranged, respectful of the property and meticulous in his work. The finished installation has completely changed the room for the better, far better than our expectations.
He cleaned up during and after installation, and didn’t leave until he himself and ourselves were completely satisfied with the finished product. Simple outstanding.
Fully recommend the company and Michael the fitter.

I visited the showroom in Knowsley last week with the intention of finding out a little more about options for new fire. Really impressed by the showroom, I was looked after quite brilliantly by Faith, who explained everything we needed to know. With her help and guidance, I made a great decision and purchased a fantastic 2 meter wide panoramic fire on the spot. Picked it up an hour later from the depot attached to the showroom. Everything was slick, quick and very easy. The guys at this place are real experts. I’d definitely recommend calling in to see them if you’re looking for some inspiration, information or help.
