I advise caution in trusting Bella Vou (BV). I had liposuction and thigh lift which was a disappointing and stressful experience. I've had 5 operations in 5 hospitals and know what I'm talking about. I do not recommend Bella Vou.
BV is glib at marketing and quick to get 100% of your money upfront but poor-negligent on clinical standards and post surgery care. The BV 'private hospital' consists of 2 rooms with beds which open out onto a public reception area so there is no privacy. My room was unclean, thick dust over the WC and sink and dustballs all over the floor. No blankets for post surgery chill and NO WATER. No one would help me with my stiff painful legs post surgery to get to the bathroom. While being wheeled from post surgery recovery the theatre nurse dropped his ipad on my head hitting my eye which swelled alarmingly. No ice compress was brought despite asking. It got worse later on. The cannula on my hand fell out with the needle still half inserted in a vein and blood was pouring out. I pressed the buzzer. Kelly 'head of care' simply gawped and took no immediate action. She then shouted for someone who came and tried to shove it back which was seriously painful. By now there were 3 large pools of blood on the floor. I told her to remove it and staunch the blood flow with pressure and then a dressing which she eventually did. They were so incompetent it was like a comedy except this was deadly serious post surgery - risk of infection, sepsis, dirty room....
I told a doctor friend and he was appalled at the risks of employing poorly trained staff. As owner, MD and lead surgeon Mr Amir Nakhdjevani has a lot to answer for. The surgery outcome was not great - the poor post recovery care undoubtedly contributed to this. Never again.
In response to BV's comment posted below my review: It took BV a long time to treat my complaint properly and even longer to reply. As a business owner myself it is vital to deal with complaints promptly not obfuscate and try to kick the can down the road. I do not recommend and have also posted this on realself.com.
Be aware: In my experience BV offer incentives to clients to post reviews on real self so treat positive reviews with caution. Amir Nakhdjevani tried to brush my complaint away as an 'admin glitch.' In his dreams. The farce and negligence continues.

A week on from surgery, I can honestly say that choosing Bella Vou was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I had consultations elsewhere, but from the moment I walked through the doors at Bella Vou, I was met with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. After meeting Rado and my wonderful patient coordinator, Josie, I knew in my gut that this was the right place for me.

I had a breast uplift with implants, and whilst achieving a great result is obviously important, surgery is a huge decision. I needed to feel safe, supported, listened to, and completely confident in the people looking after me. Bella Vou gave me that from day one.

Every single member of staff has been incredible. From the reception team, nurses, anaesthetist, photographer and chauffeur, to all the amazing people supporting you before, during and after surgery, everyone has gone above and beyond. The clinic itself is beautiful, but what truly makes Bella Vou special is the personal care and attention they give. You never feel like just another patient; you feel genuinely valued and cared for.

Rado is exceptionally talented, but he's also kind, funny, thorough, and incredibly reassuring. During my consultation, he took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question, and made me feel completely heard. I never once felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt empowered to make the decision that was right for me.

Josie was equally wonderful. She carefully talked me through all of my options and supported me every step of the way. What I loved most was how open and honest the whole process was. There was never any pressure to commit, which sadly I've experienced elsewhere. Everything was explained clearly, and I always felt respected and supported in my choices.

As a mum, I carried a fair amount of guilt about doing something for myself. However, this is something I had wanted for a long time, and even at just one week post-op, I am already so happy with my results. I know they will continue to improve as everything settles and heals, but I can already see the difference and couldn't be happier.

I did unfortunately experience a very rare post-operative complication that required me to return to the clinic for treatment. This was absolutely no one's fault and simply one of those rare risks that can occur with any surgical procedure, despite everything being done correctly. What impressed me even more than the surgery itself was the exceptional care I received afterwards. The support, reassurance, responsiveness, and compassion from the entire team have been outstanding. Knowing that you're genuinely looked after should anything unexpected happen is invaluable, and Bella Vou has been there for me every step of the way. Their aftercare has been nothing short of phenomenal. What has amazed me most is how much better I am already feeling despite being only one week post-op. I genuinely believe the outstanding care, guidance, and support I have received throughout this journey has played a huge part in that, and I couldn't be more grateful.

To every single member of the Bella Vou team — I wish I could remember everyone's names — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making me laugh when I was nervous, reassuring me when I needed it most, and consistently going above and beyond. The care you provide extends far beyond the operating theatre, and I will never forget how supported you've made me feel throughout this entire journey.

No amount of thank yous will ever feel enough, but please know how incredibly grateful I am. I would recommend Bella Vou without hesitation to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Worst decision I ever made.

After years of fear and procrastination I decided to go ahead and have a tummy tuck as a present to myself for my 50th birthday. After many years of research I whittled my decision down to 2 clinics, Bella Vou and a very well know reputable clinic called Nordesthetics in Lithuania. After a consultation with Amir Nakhdjevani my husband and I decided that we loved the clinic and that this would be where I had my surgery. I didn't bother having a consultation with Nordesthetics after I made this choice. I may add that Nordesthetics would have been a more cost effective route for me but I chose Bella Vou because of it's reputation.

On the day of my surgery I was left sitting alone in the waiting room for over an hour. I later found out that there had been an emergency and that a lady had to been taken back into surgery. This wasn't the start I'd expected and my nerves were really bad. However, my surgery went smoothly and the aftercare I received was great. The following day, a few hours after my discharge from the clinic, I noticed a cut near my new belly button. I was a bit concerned about it but assumed it was part of the surgery. 3 months down the line at my check up the nurse at Bella Vou explained that the cut, which had now left me scarred wasn't typical with a tummy tuck . I asked for a meeting with Amir and he completely dismissed my concerns and flippantly stated that he "didn't know" how I ended up with the scar. He said that they would correct it with scar revision but my argument was that it should never have happened in the first place, especially at a clinic as well regarded as Bella Vou . I've since made a formal complaint which has escalated to stage 2 and Bella Vou are still denying any responsibility for the scar I'm now left with. I'm now in the process of seeking legal advice. Their only explanation is that my "compression garment", which is made out of fabric, is the only explanation for the scratch, as they call it. You can clearly see it wasn't a scratch as I've been left with a raised keloid scar. This is a ludicrous statement and I'm in talks with the garment company to hear their views on this. I'm absolutely appalled with the way I've been treated by the clinic and my mental health has plummeted hugely because of this. I'm very conscious of the scar as it is very noticeable so my hopes of feeling confident about my tummy have been ruined as I still don't feel comfortable showing it because of the scar. Sadly, in addition to the scar, my stomach is also uneven on one side. I'm deeply unhappy with the result of my tummy tuck and wish I'd chosen the other clinic. As a business owner myself I don't like leaving bad reviews but I paid a lot of money for this procedure and the price I paid (£12000) is not reflected in the result I've been left with.

I came across Bella Vou while looking at all the different places to go as well as a few others.

I went to see 2 surgeons they were fine but didn’t give me that feeling that I felt like I needed in my gut, I then found Bella Vou and thought they wasn’t in London so let’s give them a try. So I booked an appointment with Amir after watching all the videos, reading the reviews etc.

It’s was really weird because as soon as I sat down I knew he was the one I wanted.
I told them what I wanted and he examined me and told me it was possible to have what I wanted but because I had some lumps and bumps it might not be perfect I accepted that and said just do your best.
I booked my op in for 6th January 2026.

I was offered the chauffeur service to come and collect me from home but I wanted my husband to drop me off and stay with me until I went in.

When I woke up I was all done, not in too much pain because I still had loads of drugs in me so was feeling ok. By now it was early evening and the nurses had changed over. So I meet the night nurses. Oh my god! Honestly they were AMAZING! I just couldn’t believe how lucky I was to have 2 of the loveliest people looking after me. It made everything so calm and comforting for me, honestly they were so kind to me and I felt so happy to have them. I was sick in the night because my blood pressure was low and they looked after me so well; I just couldn’t thank them enough.

When it was home time the nurse gave me all my meds and talked through everything and then off I went. Their driver was there ready to take me home. Again, honestly, he was so lovely and friendly. He took my bags and walked me to the beautiful car, put me in the back, did my seat belt up and took me home. We chatted the whole way home and he was definitely a bit of me, just so down to earth and we chatted constantly. It was pure luxury and a smooth drive home. When I got home I didn’t want to get out of the car, I was so happy sitting there with my drink and the luxury!

So then my recovery started…
I’m not going to lie, it hasn’t been easy.

When he opened me up he said I had so much scar tissue. This caused complications in my recovery, I haven’t had it easy, it has been rough but they have made me come in every single week for 6 weeks to monitor me and I have seen the nurses every time. 5 out of the 6 times I have been in I have also seen the surgeon as they wanted to check me themselves. I have seen most of the nurses there they genuinely care they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy and gave me everything I needed to go home with (dressings etc) The aftercare has been unreal, the service doesn’t end once they do the operation. In between all the visits and appointments once a week my patient coordinator constantly emails for updates and photos every 2 days just to check everything is going ok at home, she was brilliant. When you have this procedure you also get 3 MLD massages Included, I got Renata as my therapist, what can I say about her she is an absolute asset to this company honestly she is one of the most loveliest people I have ever met the first 3-4 weeks were really hard and I really struggled but she made it so easy for me she really genuinely cared about me and can’t thank her enough.

I have seen enough surgeons in my time but when I walked in there I just knew that was the place for me it was instant so different from everywhere else I had been over the years. Different League altogether!

I had a wonderful experience at Bella Vou. Mark is an excellent doctor! and I always leave feeling extremely happy with my results. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, especially Ann on reception who always makes my visits enjoyable :) Highly recommend! xx

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt at home. Every person greets you, I had a warm cup of coffee in the waiting area before being welcomed by my coordinator and Surgeon. This has been the smoothest, hassle free process I've ever gone through. Amir N has such a calming personality and he was really informative from pre- to post surgery. No question was too small or a waste of their time. I love my results and cannot recommend them enough!

I had a breast augmentation with Amir at Bella Vou and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional and I am over the moon with my results. Amir’s approach to implant sizing was quite different from other surgeons I'd seen. Instead of trying on implants, he asked me to share photos of my desired results and used those to choose my implants. I trusted him as he's the expert and he gave me exactly what I wanted. They are also perfectly suited to my frame. I couldn't be happier :)

The aftercare at Bella Vou was also incredible. They provided absolutely everything I needed post-op, including garments, medications, and even a little aftercare guide filled with useful information about what to do post op. I was sent this before surgery as well which helped me to mentally prepare and made the recovery process so much easier.

I felt genuinely listened to and cared throughout my journey at Bella Vou by not only my surgeon but the whole team. Thank you so much to Amir and the entire Bella Vou team for such an outstanding experience xxx

Very disappointed with spending £40,000 on a nose job and neck & facelift
Lasted about 9 months
And back to a wrinkly nose, double chin & jowls.

I had a tummy tuck with Amir Sadir at Bellavou 4 years ago. It did go well, and the overall result is good. HOWEVER, at the 6 month follow up appointment I expressed disappointment with the 'dog ear' on one side of the scar - e.g. it bulges. I was told by my surgeon to 'leave it a few years to settle' and then if still not happy to come back to them. NOW, I thought my contract was with Bellavou, as the invoice was on their headed paper etc. But when I called them today to say I'd like to see a surgeon regarding a small correction to my scar I have been told that "Amir Sadir is no longer with us, and any issue you have is between you and him". I checked - "really, so even though I went through you as a reputable plastic surgery clinic, you don't take any responsibility for this" and they confirmed it. I asked if they could give me contact details for Amir and was told "I'm not sure where he is now, I think he is somewhere in London, you'll need to find him yourself". Maybe I am naive, but honestly, I thought by going through a reputable, UK clinic I would have the very best care on the entire journey, including any followup, no matter how long after my surgery. I feel so disappointed and lt down. I did intend to return for breast augmentation and eventually a face lift, but there is no way I would go back to this clinic now after my experience today. It seems to me that the surgeons there are freelancers who are just paying to 'use the space' - make sure you ask before you sign any paperwork. Who is your contract actually with. How long will the clinic support you for after surgery, regardless of who performs your procedure. To pay so much money and then receive this service seems appalling.

I had a great experience at Bella Vou, the staff were fantastic and really looked after. Everyone I came in to contact with were so helpful and lovely and nothing was ever to much trouble.
I would return to Bella Vou for anything else in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I had eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) at Bella Vou and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, caring, and made me feel completely at ease. I had surgery with Bella Vou a year ago this month. I am waiting for "fix it" surgery at another, more specialist clinic this summer, as Bella Vou do not have the skill to fix it. My original surgeon, Hagan, has repeatedly said the problem is very minor and was very dismissive. When pushed to do corrective surgery he said he may make it worse which is clearly not what I want to hear. Second opinion at the same clinic, Lucian, was very nice. He recognised the issues (yes more than one issue) but when asked to do the repair he said I would be better with an specialist eye surgeon. At least he is honest I guess. So basically I am looking at paying again at another clinic to correct the bad surgery I have had. I have seen an eye surgeon at Moorfields who will do my corrections, and have a written report. I have lateral webbing (corner of my eye) which is apparently very difficult to fix and is caused by bad surgery (google it), and an accidental cut on my lower eye lid which now dips my lower eye lid and turns an eye lash inwards.
I do not recommend this clinic for faces.

My whole journey from start to finish was absolutely amazing. I met Julia Ramos who was my patient coordinator and from the very first phone call she has been more than I could ever have hoped for, she has been kind, professional and so caring.

My surgeon was Lucian Ion for a breast augmentation, the results are just superb, my confidence has soared and I am absolutely amazed at the results.

My post op nurse was so attentive and caring, nothing was ever too much bother for her, even when my husband wanted a drink!

I chose Bella Vou as my sister had a breast augmentation here 2 years ago and I am so glad I went with them, as every single moment has been beyond amazing.

I’m very disappointed with how my scheduled phone consultation with Bella Vou was handled.
After receiving several reminders confirming the time, I set an alarm and made sure I was up and ready—on my day off, when I’d usually prefer to sleep a bit longer. The call was scheduled for 8:40am. Then, just three minutes before the agreed time, I received a message saying my pre-consultation would be in an hour. No apology, no explanation—just a matter-of-fact message that came across as oddly dismissive.
Even a simple courtesy message to explain or acknowledge the change would have been something. But as of writing this—now nearly midday—I still haven’t received a call.
It shows a real lack of consideration for people’s time, and not at all what I expected from a clinic with this reputation.

Destroyed my life.

Pressure selling, total conflict of interest with staff work on incentives and performance based bonuses

Have wanted to take my life daily since.

Please be aware of them prioritising advertising for a solicitor over responding to their own patients.

I am honestly blown away by the care and results I received from Bella Vou and my surgeon, Hagen Schumacher. I felt it was the very least I could do to write this review.

From start to finish, the entire process has been an absolute dream. My consultation was pressure-free, and when I decided to move forward, everything was made incredibly straightforward and seamless.

As for my surgery to address my under-eye bags, Hagen performed absolute wonders. The results are phenomenal, and I healed very quickly, which I believe is a testament to Hagen’s meticulous work. I actually enjoyed the surgery day so much that I’d happily do it all over again—it was such a positive experience, and I was so well looked after.

The aftercare has been just as exceptional. I feel truly humbled by the thoughtful gestures, such as receiving flowers after my surgery and, more recently, a large bottle of luxury cleaner from Bella Vou. It’s refreshing to see a clinic that genuinely cares for its patients long after the procedure. The team has been clear that I should reach out with any concerns—not that I’ve had any!

I’m looking forward to my six-week follow-up. The clinic itself is wonderful, and I couldn’t recommend Bella Vou and Hagen Schumacher more highly!

This company is unclaimed and doesn't seem to have any reviews I'm very sceptical about spending my money with a company that is virtually non-existent online but you're able to find their webpage and spend your money with them but when you come to trustpilot you can't find any feedback on them m&r they really that good I wonder but nobody has anything to say about them makes me wonder good or bad somebody's got to have something to say
