I recently visited Mya Cosmetics at the Essex Clinic for my breast augmentation consultation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease.

Dr Giannis was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail clearly, helping me understand my options without ever feeling rushed. His professionalism and calm manner instantly built trust.

Nicole, the chaperone, was equally wonderful — friendly, reassuring, and attentive throughout. She created a comfortable environment and made the whole process feel much less daunting.

I also had a great interaction with the clinical advisor, who was extremely informative and answered all my questions with patience and honesty. Their combined approach made what could have been an overwhelming appointment feel smooth, supportive, and empowering.

Overall, the team made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and I left feeling confident, well‑informed, and excited for the next steps. I highly recommend Mya Cosmetics at the Essex Clinic to anyone considering breast augmentation.

Overall, my experience was amazing! The surgeon Mr Mileto did a great job throughout the consultation, he was very reassuring and also realistic. I am extremely happy with my results and the nurses are also really nice. The post op procedure was also really good. I would highly recommend.

Dr Samouris was my surgeon and he put all my worries at ease and advised on exactly what would work for me. Laura Jellyman has also been a star, she’s always answered any questions and always called me to confirm anything! Been 10/10 xxx

I had my 3 months post op app yesterday and I am so happy with my results! I got breast augmentation and nipple lift with dr Samouris and he has literally changed my life! I went to numerous consultations with other surgeons before him and not one of them mentioned a nipple lift. I knew something was not sitting right with these surgeons and as soon as Dr Samouris seen me he knew exactly what I needed. I am so pleased with how they have turned out and he assured me that this is the procedure I would need for them to look perfect and the do!! So happy I went with him he’s a perfectionist. And the girls at MYA are all so lovely and made the experience even better!!! Love love love MYA!!! The best xxx

I have really enjoyed my Re Augmentation journey with MYA from the first phone contact with Ashleigh in August 2025 to meeting my surgeon Mr Samouris to the aftercare with Joanna and finally the girls in the London Clinic.! I personally found Mr Samouris informative, supportive and caring throughout. My surgery went well with no complications and the care I received at the Harley Health Village was fantastic. I am now 6 months post surgery and absolutely thrilled with my new boobs🤪 and I would highly recommend MYA and Mr Samouris.

Dr Mileto is truly incredible he has completely transformed my life. I couldn’t be happier with my results they look so natural and even better than I imagined! The nurses, Zeim and Sibel, were also so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you all so much. I’m now 6 weeks post-op and absolutely in love with my new breasts 😊 I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Best cosmetic clinic in the UK 

I had my surgeon consultation today and it was great. The staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived.

I really appreciated that the approach is tailored to each individual, focusing not just on the desired results but also on what is best for your health, wellbeing, and achieving the best possible outcome.

My surgeon was very patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions, which made me feel reassured and confident moving forward.

I’m now really looking forward to my upcoming surgery and hope the team at Leeds Clinic will be just as lovely, as I’ll be seeing them more often going forward. I hope the same high standard continues throughout my surgery and post-surgery journey.

Poor communication. The person who called me back couldn’t even pronounce the terms properly regarding surgery and didn’t even know anything I enquired about. She also sounded clueless and never bothered to contact me back. I’m very surprised considering I had heard good reviews.

I had breast augmentation with MYA and honestly, it has changed my life for the better. I started as an A cup and had always felt self-conscious about my chest, especially in clothes and swimwear. From the very first consultation, the team made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and never made me feel pressured.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and the aftercare was excellent. I was given clear instructions, regular check-ups, and reassurance whenever I had questions. The recovery was much easier than I expected, and the results look natural and suit my body perfectly.

My confidence has improved massively — I feel more feminine, comfortable in my own skin, and actually enjoy shopping for clothes now. This procedure was a big decision for me, but I’m so glad I chose to go ahead and that I chose this clinic.

If you’ve been thinking about breast augmentation and are nervous, I’d definitely recommend doing your research and booking a consultation. For me, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I just want to say first of all, all the staff at the Birmingham clinic especially Rachel have been the nicest, most welcoming and just all around lovely people through this whole journey! I will be sad to not have appointments with Rachel anymore! They always offered help whenever needed.

I had mr mileto for my surgery and the whole process has been a breeze from start to finish, would never second guess the decision to go here again!

Riann, Leanne & Sarah were so lovely today. Riann was with me in the consultation room and helped me figure out what breast size I was having, Leanne was on reception and was so lovely she offered us a drink and she has such a chirpy personality it was catching. Sarah is my co-ordinator and has the patience of a saint dealing with me, if i were her id of cut me off by now.

I met Dr Samaouris, I was absolutely thrilled to bit when I knew it was this doctor doing my surgery. He was very informative and so lovely. I cant wait to see my results 19/03 cant come fast enough. Thankyou all for making this very scary decision a brilliant experience so far 😄
