Terrible company that does NOT LISTEN. I do not recommend...I asked them to stop sending me marketing advertisements to my home.email. The email SPAM continues. I asked them to send me a PAPER Bill. They refuse to send the paper bill. Its like having a conversation with yourself while you are paying PREMIUM monthly fees. Yes there was a discussion with PRESIDENT"S OFFICE. WASTE TO TIME.. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I HATE YOU BELL!! YOU SUCK!! ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!! Do I have to speak French to get serious action?

And bell has been calling me every other day to ask why my internet installed, and every time I tell them, and every time they say they cannot help me if their employee doesn’t feel like installing it. Trash.

Ce message s'adresse à tous les clients ou futurs clients Bell mobilisée sur le point de ce procuré un nouveaux forfait et mobile! Il est important lors de l'achat ,de simulé un achat de tous les possibilités de forfait et de prêt,car le montent de ton forfait par mois n est pas le moin chère car tu as prit le forfait le moin chère! Tous les gens pensent ça et devrait l'être mais ce ne l est pas du tout avec belle, j'ai de xperience avec bell alors je connais leur entourloupette, ce soir j'ai fais la simulation d un forfait et un s26
Le duo s26 et forfait 45$ reviens à 80$
Le duo $26 et forfait 45 + 25 pour le s26 pour ne rien pay3 à la fin,100$
Le dernier duo est le s26 avec le forfait le plus chère,65$ revien le moin chère,78 $ par mois
Alors il est 2$ de moin par moi que le même telephone avec le forfait de 20$ moin chère à 45, mais pourtant celui à 65$ est le moin chère,ridicule!

If I could give 0 stars I would!

BellMTS is terrible! Spent a combined total of over 7 hours on the phone with them, at least 5 different technicians coming on different days (each saying that the last one didn’t know what they were doing) and took them 6 months to get the internet working (in Winnipeg - not in a remote location). Also was charged for some equipment not being returned from my previous address when it was all returned in one box! Also have a close friend who received bills for a land line that they don’t even have. I wouldn’t even recommend BellMTS to my worst enemy!

Keep taking payments twice with no apology, no remorse, then deletes my profile because I was annoyed!!!! Typical tyrannical corporation who doesn't give a flip about their customers!!!

Very frustrating….

I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service. I felt the Bell employee had no interest at all in helping me resolve my billing problem. He eventually told me I’d have to go into a Bell store to have the billing error (that they made) corrected. Very frustrating.

Horrible service

Horrible service. I paid $100/ month for internet alone and it was for 50mbps of speed. Every month I would do a virtual check from my phone because I noticed alot of lagging when I was using the internet, only to find out it was always at 30mbps, while I was still paying for 50.
When I called to discuss this issue, that was reoccurring every month, they told me the only solution is to upgrade my package and my modem. So after contemplating, I decided to upgrade. A technician was supposed to come to my house on a certain date between a certain time as scheduled. The technician never showed up but they cut my Internet for the whole day regardless. I had to take a day off of work because I work from home and I had no Internet, waiting on the technician to come with a new modem. I called customer service once again. Explained the situation and they said there is nothing they could do because there is no evening technician service, so I was being penalized because their incompetent technician never showed when he was scheduled to. So I would’ve had to take another day off of work to wait for another technician to come. I asked them to just restore my Internet on the modem I currently have and to cancel any upgrade because I need my Internet to work. They said they can’t do that either. I cancelled my services with Bell that same night and I am now with Fizz. FIZZ charges me half the amount that Bell was charging me for the same package deal. They came three days after I created an account to install the modem and my Internet was up and running that same day. I would highly suggest to anybody who is thinking about opening an account with Bell, whether it’s Internet, TV, cell phone, or house phone,DONT DO IT.
I also forgot to mention that while I was on the phone with Bell customer service all day, they transferred me four times to different customer service agents where I had to repeat the whole story from the beginning because nobody knew what was going on. They put me on hold saying they were contacting the technician and then a new customer service agent would pick up the phone and ask how can I help you and I was shocked because I was currently talking to someone else that already knew my situation. This happened four times. Just horrible service altogether.

Service and billing nightmare

Installer showed up a day early, installed everything. Disconnected my other provider and told me i had to wai until tomorrow to activate Internet and TV

TV account wasn't created and i lost my Internet credit
Fixed the TV account got Internet credit back but TV account was not functionning properly and i could not change my selected channels.
First bill was missing the TV credits and was 80$ more than what it should be.

At this point i was tired of trying to get my account fixed. They told me the credit would be applied on my next bill only. I decided to cancel the service.

While canceling they didn't tell me i would lose the credit, even for the partial month already paid and without credit. Got the final bill, called to get it fixed and they said, too bad you left and you lost your credits.

Worst company ever...i am never going back to them

Hi I was going to switch my phone to bell mobility but it was too crazy. Just kept passing me around from department to department and a lot of waitting so i gave up they better not charge me anything cause the could not get me hooked up. This was crazy

They don't use common sense when taking your money

As their rating would suggest, dealing with them is pretty awful. I'm actually giving them 2 stars because at least their customer service was polite to me, though not helpful.

Basically was out of country for 3 months and suspended my home account (my home phone, internet and TV is all under one account number and the TV service uses the same modem box). Apparently I didn't click on internet; called in when I got back home after seeing I had been charged for home internet all the while I was gone and my usage was literally ZERO - which I assume they are capable of verifying on their end. They refused to give a credit and insist that I have to pay despite not having used their service for a second over that three month period. Not a good way to treat a long time customer IMO.

Great price and great 5g coverage

I bought few mobile lines from bell fantastic Coverage everywhere. No hidden charges best prices offered from a 3rd party mobile store in Scarborough best service providers in Canada fast mobile internet reliable coverage every where including Canada/Mexico/us roaming deal Just $30 per month. Bell has an add-on roaming option 30 days global pass for $100 all you can use your data in roaming destination that's much better we don't need to pay 10-50 extra every month it's a great deal and saving. Overall highly recommend bell for anyone.

An absolutely abysmal phone company

An absolutely abysmal phone company. Their prices are always higher than what they advertised. If you choose a contract that says $70, be prepared to pay $100. Even if your phone is paid off. If you have a pre payment set up, but pay your bill early, they will still take money from your account, reimburse you, then charge you a service fee for doing so. I am changing phone companies as soon as my wife's phone is paid off. Bell is absolutely a no go. Leave if you are in it, and don't bother going to them if you don't have to.

bell fibe guide is the worst on the…

bell fibe guide is the worst on the planet. you are inundated with channels that you can't get or don't want and the ones that you subscribe to are not listed. why am I paying for this garbage. if anybody asks I would not recommend it and go to Rogers or somewhere else which is not much better.

Poor service!!!

We switched to Bell Aliant and Bell Mobility a year and a half ago. We made the move to leave them today. Their cable is constantly freezing and the system has to be reset. Last Monday two Bell employees were working on the pole in front of our house and inadvertently cut the wires to our house. We called for service and they insisted the modem had to be replaced and wouldn’t listen. We had no service for a week and they lied about the service sending a new modem. They refused to properly credit us for lack of service and they were rude. The technicians are nice but not the rest of the employees. I don’t recommend them in any way. Plus they are more than double the cost of their competitor.

Très mauvaise expérience j'ai un probleme avec internet et telvison depuis 2 mois a chque fois ca coupe j'appelle personne nest capable de trouver le probleme 2 techniciens se présente chez moi sans régler le probleme c'est trrs grave ils sont tous incompétents

TERRIBLE Customer Service

TERRIBLE Customer Service. I've been over a month trying to simply get a phone and plan for myself. I've gotten so much run around with prices and over charged on my bills, over $900 at this point. I will NEVER again have any service with Bell. Also, the way the phone in customer service speaks to Bell store managers and employees is deplorable. Thankfully the people in person are half decent to deal with, only trying to help and getting no where with the company. Shameful honestly, I'll never ever recommend to any of my family or friends. In fact I'd encourage them all to switch providers.
