Many companies use this Bazaar service for reviews - who keeps rejecting very legitimate reviews. I tried to submit a negative review saying ONLY that they do not provide needed dimensions ahead of sales and it was rejected. Try filling out all of the required fields - with NOTHING inappropriate, only objectively factual description - and their workflow won't let you submit without a picture. Picture of what? So I provide a picture and then I get a rejection email from Bazaar, looking like it was from the company. Zero explanation as to why it was rejected - giving every indication that the company rejects negative reviews - when it's just Bazaar being clueless and callous to the customer experience.

I posted a negative review of an LG product via Bazaarvoice and it was removed and replaced by 15 positive reviews of a similar but different product (also these were incentivised reviews who received free product). I reposted my review again, and again has been removed. I'll keep posting it.. but clearly this is not a trustworthy platform for reviews! Just another way to mislead people, which they enable for a fee.

One of the most frustrating business experiences we've had. They’ve established a monopoly on syndicating reviews to marketplaces and operate with complete indifference. Their service is poor—inefficient, unreliable, and lacking transparency. Customer support is dismissive, and it’s clear they don’t prioritize their clients. We’ve tested both their sampling program and review syndication, and it’s been nothing but disappointment. Unfortunately, they’re the only option available, which makes the situation even worse. Terrible!

Pay 5000 to transfer your reviews, a scam monopoly company which will want to drain money out from you, shite

We have been a customer of Bazaarvoice for over four years. While the platform gets the job done, we have been consistently unhappy with the level of transparency and customer service. We recently jumped on a discovery call with our new Account Manager to inquire about the process for reimplementation (migrating from one review platform to another). We explained that we wanted to gather as much information before we moved forward. We reached out several times after the call via email to get additional information and then once we decided to move forward with the migration we informed them. We are now over 50% complete with the migration with the new reviews provider. It wasn't until we reached out to our Account Manager to follow up on the next steps, that we were notified of a $3+K reimplementation fee. We did our due diligence in gathering information before making an informed decision and not once was this fee implied or discussed. We had to follow up on a solution and so far the solution offered was a potential discount on the fee (on top of the other incurred fees from the migration). This is not how you treat a long-time customer or take accountability. We are reconsidering our partnership with Bazaarvoice.

Update 12/26/24:
Bazaarvoice did not honor ANY discount for their error which cost us additional fees on top of the 3+k fee for resyndication. We look forward to moving away from this platform as soon as we can.

We have had a horrible experience with Bazzarvoice with a combination of poor customer service, lack of communication, and services not being rendered as outlined in our contract. We have spent over $21K and of that amount $4,950 was used towards sampling units that are supposed to gain you reviews by us sending out free samples to a list of consumers of their choice. We never used this service and were also told there is no guarantee that the consumer will actually write a review. We have since asked to be able to renew these units or issue a credit but instead were told we can spend another $15K and they would give us a value of $20K showing the savings us $5K. We are now our almost $5K with nothing to show for. There have been persistent problems, including a non-functional sync to Walmart.com, significant delays in response to key inquiries, and inadequate resolutions to sampling units that were purchased but never used. Additionally, the platform’s functionality remained unsynced for months, impacting our ability to utilize the service effectively. Efforts to seek resolution, such as pausing or canceling the contract, requesting credits for unused services, and extending sampling units, have been met with either denials or inadequate responses. The ambiguous contract terms and unclear processes, such as auto-renewal and unit expiration, compounded our difficulties. Despite repeated follow-ups and escalating concerns about the value received for our payments, BazaarVoice has failed to address our issues satisfactorily, resulting in months of lost service and unresolved critical operational concerns. We are writing this review in the hopes that other small businesses will do their research and not suffer a huge loss as we did!

Les avis négatifs sont systématiquement censurés sans aucune raison. Pas de nom, prix, injures, etc...

Sent a review recently re the above on a Tena product, they said you could win a holiday with JetHolidays which I didn't click thankfully. Realised after it was possibly a scam

This company, unknown to me, has somehow acquired my email address and is sending unsolicited spam.

Après avoir acheté une protection pour iPhone chez leur client FORCE GLASS à la FNAC, dont j'étais mécontente, avec des photos à l'appui, j'ai posté un avis complet validé comme tel par BazaarVoice me disant qu'il était publié sur le site: mensonges! Rien de tel. un vrai faux "tiers de confiance" qui protège ses clients et pas les consommateurs, c'est indigne.

They leave tons of emails to review products and if you try you hit a dead end.

J'ai acheté un article le mois de février 2024 chez électrodepot à Thionville Terville, un téléviseur en l'occurrence.
Je l'ai branché et sur le côté en haut à gauche vu de face , j'ai constaté une tâche noir.
J'ai immédiatement appelé le magasin et l'interlocuteur m'a dit qu'il fallait venir et qu'il s'occuperait de tout.
Le lendemain je me suis rendu dans votre enseigne après un accueil du responsable sav peut courtois.
Il a sorti l'appareil du carton et l'a branché.
Puis la fameuse tâche et apparu , il a prit son téléphone éclairé de prêt l'écran et dit que le plasma était cassé et que j'avais je site appuyé avec mon doigt qu'il y avait les traces.
Peut-être faudrait-il qu'il travail au FBI ou à la recherche criminel ça éviterait nombreuses prise d'empreintes...
Ensuite on m'a dit que le téléviseur ne serait ni remboursé, ni échangé.
Un achat donc inutile, une dépense inutile et poue conclure lorsque j'ai mentionné que c'était un cadeau pour les enfants on m'a répondu " peut importe pour les enfants.." j'ai maintenant compris à quelle genre de personne j'avais en face de moi . Je ne laisserai en aucun cas l'affaire comme ça et vous pouvez compter sur moi pour vous faire la pub qu'il se doit tant sur les réseaux, les journaux et du 'bouche à oreilles.

Bazaarvoice, Modérateur d'avis sur Cdiscount... refuse de les publier s'ils ne sont pas positifs! Quelle honte de ne pas pouvoir s'exprimer librement sur son achat ou son vendeur.

Ik concludeer deze beoordeling naar aanleiding van verschillende vermeldingen van deze service op 2 verschillende webshops intertoys.nl en op toolstation.nl, waarbij overduidelijk is dat de reviews niet(helemaal)transparant zijn en/of traceerbaar.

Suite à achat d'encres d'imprimante sur le site HP mon avis sur la transaction est sollicité. En toute honnêteté je regrette une livraison à domicile fastidieuse ayant nécessité 3 rendez-vous. De plus je déplore sur le site HP une mise en avant exagérée pour adhérer au service Instant Ink, gênant pratiquement le véritable choix du produit à commander.
2 jours après avoir rédigé cet avis j'ai reçu une information de bazaarvoice m'indiquant que mon avis avait été modéré et donc non publié.
A quoi bon demander l'avis des clients si les disfonctionnements pointés ne sont pas recevables....
Si c'est pour écrire que tout est bien dans le meilleur des mondes, alors très peu pour moi. Quand c'est bien je le dis et quand ça ne l'est pas je le dis aussi.... c'est comme celà qu'on améliore ses prestations. Donc mauvais choix de partenariat pour HP....

They only post reviews over 2 stars. Do not trust any site that uses them for the demonstration of customer satisfaction.

its a big fat scam yank AI site censoring reviews for cash so that all the crooked companies who use these scammers will appear to have all good reviews. I wouldnt touch them or any company that uses them to dupe customers.

It doesn't work, I am tired of writing reviews for trusted brands and every time I hit the post review button I constantly get 'sorry something went wrong'
Waste of my time and vendors money

Supposedly the review company employed by Sainsbury/Argos in UK.
They demand that I turn off my ad-blocker to complete the survey.
Sorry I will never do that.
As they only want to scrape your review interaction for advertising information.
I have complained to Sainsbury/Argos and received the usual rote response.
Obviously they do not really want customers to give honest reviews, good or bad.
Strange how the Bazaarvoice web site has NO email contact address, in fact couldn't find anything for them on "ceoemail".
