Bravo from Texas!
The office manager (Brad Innes) kindly assisted this helpless Texan, as he did five years ago I might add, with some kitchen faucet stems, getting the part number right (which had changed) and handling the foreign shipping and, most importantly, keeping me informed along the way. I'm impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of this company's service. Hats off!

Amazing Service from Bathroom Supplies…
Amazing Service from Bathroom Supplies Online. I needed a part to be delivered extremely urgently. I contacted Bathroom Supplies Online and someone called Louis said they’d do their best to get me the item in time. It arrived the very next day, even though it had to be ordered from one of their suppliers. Thank you sooo much for such amazing service and for going the extra mile 👍🏻
