Natalie at the Edinburgh Stenhouse…
Natalie at the Edinburgh Stenhouse branch was fantastic. She spent a lot of time with us planning out the best possible layout for our new bathroom. She listened to our ideas and made some great suggestions we had not thought of. She was happy to make any changes we needed and spent a very long time with us to get things just right. Natalie helped us pick all the items we needed for the bathroom and was able to get great prices for us - she was incredibly nice and helpful and she really helped us get a great high quality bathroom installed. Highly recommend and very appreciative!!

Mia was so helpful and very experienced in her job. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She made a difficult job so easy and the design was just as we wanted.

Honest and reliable
I cant thank Joanne Mcgreevy at Southport enough, she was fantastic from start to finish with planning and ordering my new bathroom. She went through everything step by step, explained all my different options. Even helped me find a reliable bathroom fitter. But the best bit about Joanne is she was refreshingly honest, which made me feel at ease and I didn't feel pressured in to buying unnecessary stuff. The knowledge that joanne has on everything she sells is brilliant, she honestly knows her stuff which makes a change to alot of other bathroom sales people. I would highly recommend the service she gave us to anyone

Fantastic Service
From the very first time we entered the Derby Showroom we were treated to excellent service from all we spoke to. The design, sale and delivery went very well. When we did have a couple of small issues the team stepped up and sorted with speed and efficiency. As a warehouse manager for 36 years i understand the importance of customer care and City Plumbing supply it in bucketful's.

Customer Service Outstanding
The service provided was first class. We had a bathroom installed and the support and communication we had from Marie was outstanding.
An issue also arose with our radiator after installation. When I raised this with Marie, her communication was prompt, she took ownership of the problem and proactively reached out the supplier and resolved the issue for me without much probing.
Excellent customer service and I’ll return in future, no doubt.
