Really good customer service, easy to deal with. Slight damage on 1 part, they sent out a replacement and received it within 2 days. Would recommend highly, good product too.

Great customer service
My bathroom was installed by Bathroom City some months ago, and the concealed shower valve started to turn freely. I sent photos and details to Kelly, who quickly arranged a replacement valve from the manufacturer. Very grateful for the speedy and helpful service.
