When I emailed Kelly from bathroom city…
When I emailed Kelly from bathroom city she came back on email as soon as she was able after my jacuzzi Bath failed after a year of purchase due to very poorly made pipe sections broke during a Bath, causing a flood in my home.
I wanted to see about getting these parts replaced and if a plumber would fit them but as I cant be without a bath / shower I need the fix done quickly.
So now we have to wait on the supplier to send the parts direct 🙄.
Hope they come sooner rather than later.
But overall Kelly did her part , cheers
Im just now waiting on delivery of the parts that i will have to fix myself, even though my bath is under warranty!! so not sure if I fix it myself it voids the warranty?

Poor service if there's a problem.
Initial purchase and supply of a Pelipal vanity unit and wall cupboard was uneventful so 2 stars not 1. Unfortunately the vanity unit basin developed a problem and a replacement was ordered from Pelipal in Nov 2025. So far so good. I gave it a couple of months (website says Pelipal delivery in 6 weeks) before chasing. Since then I have had repeated assurances that "it will be with us by the end of next week" only for nothing to appear. So now 6 months later I am still waiting. It may be that Pelipal is at fault here, rather than Bathroom City, but the latter are the retailer giving me the assurances. If Pelipal are at fault then Bathroom City should stop using them. I see Kelly receiving much praise on here, but on this occasion I have just been repeatedly fobbed off by her.

I ordered a bath panel 1700 x 550 x…
I ordered a bath panel 1700 x 550 x 15mm. The ordering process was good, delivery was within stated time, and the driver was very helpful. Due to the driver having to park in a difficult area, away from the house and blocking a road, I admittedly didn't check the panel at the time. However, when I went to install the panel, I discovered that the wrong size had been delivered. The height was 540mm as opposed to the 550mm I ordered. Due to time restrictions, I had to go ahead and fit the incorrect panel, making amendments to resolve the problem. This was very disappointing and cost me a lot of time.
