Website easy when working correctly
Just ordered, so not received yet, but when the website works (had everything in basket ready to pay, then seemed not to work for a day or so) easy to understand what you need, but no discount codes work, even when being shown to you left right and centre, they either say invalid or been used, possibly and issue from the previous problem.

Great products, competitive prices and exceptional customer service
We made a trip to Birmingham after viewing the Bathroom City website. We were not disappointed. Some excellent products at very good prices. We ordered a bath, shower screen and two taps. Our bathroom needed quite a lot of work doing before we wanted to take delivery, which wasn’t a problem. We could just ring a week before it was needed and delivery was arranged. Excellent service.
A special mention to Kelly in customer services, who arranged for a tap to be exchanged, as one that was deliverer was incorrect. Again excellent service.

I have had a great call with Kelly…
I have had a great call with Kelly today who has been trying to resolve an issue with parts for our bath not turning up and she's been amazing with her persistence and to get to the bottom of the issue ( turns out it was DHL who failed again on delivery) .

Poor quality work tops and bad sanitary…
Poor quality work tops and bad sanitary ware, sent two toilets out both completely out of shape had to replace them myself, had 3/4 different shades off brashware. Would only offer partial refund.

Well what can I say !
Well what can I say !! I've had a whirpool bath for a year now from bathroom city and it's already faulty and requested a new suction wall fitting as it had gone brittle and we had a massive flood in our home which caused damage to our hallway ceiling downstairs ( now having to claim for damages) That was bad enough but I contacted bathroom city about what happened and requested a new part over 6 days ago and they promised they would contact the supplier to send a replacement out ASAP.
I was informed it was sent as soon as they were made aware and ive still not received my item 4 days later and im left with no washing facilities for nearly a week now.
Kelly from bathroom city has been doing all she can to get this item over to me ( thanks kelly) but the suppliers are dragging their feet and havnt sent the item so ive had to chased again today .
This is very bad service from bathroom city's supplier and as my bath is still under warranty I would expect a better service than this.
Not a happy man right now.
Update:
Kelly has do everything it again, she's not only got onto the supplier but it turns out that DHL delivery was as usual poorly excicuted and Kelly has done her part to arrange another order to be sent for delivery, next day.
Fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow and lessons have been learnt to never trust DHL to deliver items on behalf of bathroom city or supplier again.
I do appreciate it's only a week but having to wash in a sink with no shower or bath is not the best, thankfully I don't have kids as that would have been a nightmare !!!.

We are very sorry to hear about the flooding and the damage caused to your home. We completely understand how frustrating and stressful this situation must be, especially with being left without washing facilities for so long.
Thank you as well for recognising Kelly’s efforts in trying to resolve this for you, she has been actively chasing the supplier on your behalf. However, we fully appreciate that this delay is unacceptable, particularly as your bath is still under warranty.
Please be assured that we are continuing to escalate this matter with the supplier and pushing for the replacement suction wall fitting to be dispatched as a priority. We understand your disappointment and frustration, and we genuinely apologise for the level of service you have received in this instance.

Poor service if there's a problem.
Initial purchase and supply of a Pelipal vanity unit and wall cupboard was uneventful so 2 stars not 1. Unfortunately the vanity unit basin developed a problem and a replacement was ordered from Pelipal in Nov 2025. So far so good. I gave it a couple of months (website says Pelipal delivery in 6 weeks) before chasing. Since then I have had repeated assurances that "it will be with us by the end of next week" only for nothing to appear. So now 6 months later I am still waiting. It may be that Pelipal is at fault here, rather than Bathroom City, but the latter are the retailer giving me the assurances. If Pelipal are at fault then Bathroom City should stop using them. I see Kelly receiving much praise on here, but on this occasion I have just been repeatedly fobbed off by her.

item they told me they had limited stock and only one left. so i was trying to get it. but when my builder rang they told him there was many in stock. very odd. i was told a different price from other staff members at bathroom city. the item was damaged when purchased. do no recommend
