The build quality is excellent and the tree looks very realistic , I've only put it up to check everything was ok but can not wait to see it fully decorated at Christmas.

Always wanted a Balsam Hill tree. When I saw one at my friends. It's absolutely exactly as described. And what's more they last years if you take care of them. Cannot fault the tree at all.

Damaged arrivals and four month wait for replacement
So, I have had many trees from BH, The last one arrived with the tree punctured the box and damaged bent, I asked for a replacement part which I have to wait till next year for, eg past Christmas, this is September. I was an offered a 10% refund. Not good enough really

I purchased the delux rolling bauble…
I purchased the delux rolling bauble chest but when it came it was faulty. I arranged to send it back but you deducted money off my refund for the returns label. As it was faulty I did not expect to have to pay for the returns label. It was a shame as I did really like the product.

Dealing with your staff on the phone who kept putting me on hold no clue what I was say and not once asked what was wrong with the goods we ordered which are not pound land goods we paid a lot of money for a trolley that was broken to be told at point that we could not have another we still got to work out how to send it back and hope the new one comes fit to use

I took some time choosing the tree. Easy to order, delivery a few days later. Haven’t opened the tree yet as September is a bit early!! Looking forward to putting it up.

LED free standing candles for the tree
I bought some LED candles years ago & wanted to get some more for my Balsam Hill Vermont multi light tree. I like the way they clip onto the branches & they don’t fall over. I also like the way the remote control allows you to use different settings too.
They appear to have come down in price which is a bonus.
Easy to order and delivery was really quick.

A fantastic tree! It takes time to fluff but the end result was amazing. Everyone complimented it. Wish I’d bought one sooner 🎄❤️ Delivery was as scheduled.

Update .. now they are stating they have sent another tree, with a tracking number that is not recognised, and lies upon lies, please do no order from this company m, asking me to stay in touch ….. with a chat bot

Terrible experience! Never received a full refund am £15 short plus they charge plus £15 return fee so £30 down in total..rip off. Do not use this company. Scammers!

Beautiful tree, lots of snow.
It was so easy to pick the tree I wanted, the site is easy to navigate as is ordering. Delivery was quick and with no problems. You had better like snow if you buy this tree it was all over the place. A small price to pay for a beautiful Tree. Now I'm like a child waiting for christmas so I can put my tree up and decorate it with my Granddaughter.

Stop thinking about it and buy the tree !!! Carnt recommend balsam hill enough. Tree Arrived within 3 days. The packaging and the tree feel and look very premium. All sections slot into each other so easily and light up. Very realistic looking with a nice warm light glow. Stunning tree! Went for the pre lit 7ft woodland spruce. Comes with a large robust storage bag, fluffing gloves and spare bulbs. Extremley happy with the service , got a big discount too as a sale was on. Carnt wait for christmas!

Christmas tree
I have to say I was really surprised on the delivery of my tree I ordered it on a Friday and it turned up Saturday morning so it’s still in the box at the moment will be unboxing it over the weekend
