This company never sent our wristbands…

This company never sent our wristbands out . Our event is in 1 day . They don’t answer or respond to messages. UPS that the use never delivered our wristbands supposedly Mail innovations that UPS uses can’t tell us any info . Don’t use this company!!!!!!

Ashley H. Was super helpful in getting me the answer I needed and looking into my concern. My suggestion would be more for the live chat system. When I initially signed on no one reached out and I was kicked out of line. It would be nice to not lose my spot in line because of being idle due to the wait time of an agent being available

Luis was exceptional

Luis was exceptional! He called me by name multiple times throughout my call and made me feel valued as an AXS customer. I had made a mistake entering my email for my ticket purchase and he was quickly able to assist me. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while, especially over the phone. I too am in customer service and I know people are always quick to leave bad reviews rather than take the time to leave a good one. Luis and his team resolved my issue with ease in no time. His attitude is amazing and he makes it feel like you’re on a call with a friend. Absolute 5 out 5 experience.

If I could give you less than one star

If I could give you less than one star, I would absolute garbage the way your customer service works. First person hung up the phone on me without answering my question. Second, one would not wait for me to respond and then disconnected it from the chat.

Issues with purchase

When checking out, glitch with accepting credit card payments. Sat on hold waiting for a customer service agent on the live. Chat for 10 minutes when finally got agent, she said she was putting in a ticket so I should be able to complete the purchase in an hour and then just ended the chat before asking if I had any other questions, which I did. Now I have to sit on hold again to wait again just to find out what to do if I’m still not able to purchase tickets in an hour. Since there are not only issues with AXS’ billing tech and the customer service is poor, I might as well pay the extra $15 to get my tickets from another platform

Écœurant

Franchement, expérience déplorable avec AXS. On frôle l’arnaque légalisée. Des prix affichés à un moment donné qui explosent sans aucune transparence au moment du paiement, le tout sous couvert de “tarification dynamique” dont personne n’est clairement informé. Résultat : on passe de l’envie d’assister à un événement à un profond sentiment de s’être fait piéger.
Le pire, ce n’est même pas le prix, c’est la méthode. Aucune considération pour le client, aucune éthique, juste une logique de profit poussée à l’extrême. On a vraiment l’impression que tout est fait pour profiter de l’engouement des fans sans la moindre limite.
À ce niveau-là, ce n’est plus du service, c’est du mépris. À éviter tant que ces pratiques ne changent pas radicalement.

Walter was extremely helpful

Walter was extremely helpful. We did some troubleshooting to ultimately help me realize I misspelled my email address. He made the process of switching everything over quick and easy.

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst. What happened to emailing tickets? Why do I need to go pay extra for someone else to print them or delete everything off my phone just to download a stupid app that doesn't even work. Email me the tickets I paid for! This is the last time I'm going to an event that uses AXS. Venues need to have the option to buy directly from them. I will drive to purchase my ticket directly from a venue to avoid this bulls**.

To be honest I never expected to get a call back. So I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call and within nine minutes, was able to access my account again, thanks to the easy-to-follow steps the representative gave me. Thanks so much!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE COMPANY!
We purchased tickets for Coachella and no one is helping us out. Everything went through the official way, what an absolute disaster. We are coming from overseas and have spent a lot of money on this trip.

We tried contacting them for the last 1,5 months!!!!

Wasted 5 hours of my life with AXS

I have wasted 5 hours of my life with AXS. I paid $700 for tickets and am totally unable to log on their mobile app to get them. Their support is awful. I waited a half hour to chat with someone and she was unable to solve the problem after an hour on the chat. The best she could do was to tell me that someone may call me in one or two days. I have no idea if I will be able to attend the concert that I paid for. I guess I have to go there, which is a long trip and try to use my confirmation email to get in. AXS tells me that will not work.

Casey K was amazing, got my dates changed... With no issues! Besides the wait time this way the best experience I have ever had with a customer service agent. This experience will make me more likely to go with any event or venue that uses AXS~!
