Wasted 5 hours of my life with AXS
I have wasted 5 hours of my life with AXS. I paid $700 for tickets and am totally unable to log on their mobile app to get them. Their support is awful. I waited a half hour to chat with someone and she was unable to solve the problem after an hour on the chat. The best she could do was to tell me that someone may call me in one or two days. I have no idea if I will be able to attend the concert that I paid for. I guess I have to go there, which is a long trip and try to use my confirmation email to get in. AXS tells me that will not work.

The app will not show the tickets, I get the Are You A Real Fan page. I spent 20 minutes on Live Chat after waiting almost an hour to be told they couldnt help me and to present my ID at the venue box office. Far worse experience than any other ticket co. You guys took my money without issue, you can send me the mobile ticket. Terrible system and service.

My concern was not addressed and the representative essentially hung up on me. AXS did not ship my wristband for Coachella. Admitted to not shipping my wristband, and proceeded to refuse to issue a refund for the shipping fee and to provide a means of filing a complaint for the lack of performance of a service that I paid for.

Run far away from AXS- fast! Stagecoach needs a replacement ticket provider agency
Based on my entire experience with AXS, from purchasing the tickets, payment plans, and customer representatives (both on the phone and live chat), I am hoping Stagecoach secures another company to take on this even in the future. Quite honestly, they give customers the complete run around, don't actually want to take the time to look into the matter you are addressing, and do not strive to make your issue any less of a headache. It's giving Fyre Festival to say the least. I live on the east coast and have not received my wristbands yet, nor have they been shipped. The packages needed to be paid in full by January (done), and they sent out email regarding the correct shipping address on file in February (check). No one wants to explain why, even after all of this, tickets have not been issued. Their response: pick them up at will call and pay a $20 replacement fee- even though it was never feasible to receive the passes before the festival in the first place. absolutely unacceptable

sauf que ça ait plus d'une heure que ça dure en refermant le site et en recommencant, en passant en navigation privé, rien ne change
bref, l'homme est capable d'aller faire le tour de la lune mais garantir la stabilité d'une billeterie en 2026 ...
Vous pensiez que ticketmaster était chaotique, attendez d'utiliser axs :)
