The mobile app sux as with the.over hour wait to speak someone. There were several other people who was having the same issue last night. I had to pay for parking, because the mobile site wouldn't work. Then, I went to the box office to try to retrieve my tickets. After missing about an hour of the show (although I arrived an HOUR before the show begin), i finally received my tickets. I would gladly purchase from a secondary business, before I ever purchase anything through AXS. After reading all of the other complaints, how is this place still in business????

Terrible
I’m am typing this review while I am currently at 1 hour and 3 minutes on hold waiting on a customer service rep just to ANSWER the phone to resolve a technical problem with my $450 ticket purchase. Day #2 and phone call #4 by the way in an attempt to speak with someone. I can’t imagine if I had an issue right before the concert. I would have missed most of the show. Definitely do not recommend this company.

they have no way to troubleshoot and just push you off.
App never works and they say you cant use wifi or you acct gets banned. very hard time to access the tickets you bought because you cant even access your account if you get flagged to be a bot because of spotty connection
