Kevin W was incredibly helpful. I had already had a call with someone who did nothing to help me, and told me my account was banned for 3 months. Kevin helped me log in and removed that stress.

AXS is THE WORST company I've had to…
AXS is THE WORST company I've had to deal with.
I booked online got my tickets through them and the app switched the time and sent me tickets with the wrong time. I booked for 1:30 in the afternoon and they sent me tickets for 9:00 a.m.
When I finally got through to them I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them and they charged me more money to try and redo my tickets because it was by phone as opposed to online. I ended up paying for their mistake. If I could I would give them a no star review.
I will say the gentleman who started out helping me was very polite and tried his best.
Management apparently does not allow their people to fix problems. I will never do business with them again, EVER.

Genuinely THE worst customer service I have EVER experienced regarding concert tickets. I decided to resale my tickets and was having difficulties. The chat makes you wait behind (magically) 29 people, everytime i got on. Once you finally do get on, they will take 5 minutes between each response they give, and the responses they do give do NOT answer your questions. I mean holy what awful service. Please buy your tickets elsewhere because if anything goes wrong you are on your own. they do not care.

Adam S Provided Great Customer Service
Adam S. helped me to the best possible extent that he could. I had purchased Clubhouse tickets for me and my 16-year-old; however, the landing page for the ticket purchase did not mention that there was a 21+ age restriction. In fact, the FAQ on the Clubhouse landing page said the concert was open to all ages, and there was no mention that the Clubhouse section was age restricted. I did not find that out until exploring other pages for the Just Like Heaven concert. Despite "all sales are final" catch-all, Adam S. submitted the refund request for me and noted that there should not be any issues as that age caveat should have been listed on the landing page. Adam S was gracious, informative, and as helpful as he could be, all without being condescending. He provided great customer service and was patient in answering all my questions. Five stars for Adam S. but two stars for the actual ticket purchasing snafu as I now need to wait 5+ business days for the refund to purchase unrestricted age tickets.

Makayla is my lifesaver!! I frantically purchased tickets in the middle of a nasty Texas storm with the power flickering in and out. In my frazzled state, I apparently typed the wrong email address.
One minor misspelling equals one major heart attack when you're trying to track down tickets! She found them, got them transferred to the correct account, and saved an entire surprise for my boyfriend.
