I recently was told that a gas level telemetry device would be fitted. I had one immediate concern about any signalling mast compromising the water tightness of the turret lid. This was settled by Paula. During the fitting of the device in the mid afternoon the engineer noticed strong smell of gas and advised me to contact Avanti. Jayne Knights picked up the phone and urged me to call Avanti Gas Emergency. I did so and the team went into action. By 8 pm Brandon was on site and removing the defective regulators and replacing them.
All checks were done and the gas was turned on successfully. A job well handled all around. A subsequent question to Jayne about when the telemetry device readings would start was well handled and all now good. Good teamwork!

Called today and after what felt like like a million options got through to an amazing human Paula who was most helpful.. listened understand and took time to explain.. now if I was reviewing her alone it would be 5 stars but unfortunately your portal to view bills is absolutely rubbish.. unable to view previous years bills so hence I will need to make another call to have them sent to me.. frustrating for me and I’m sure the agent I reach

Excellent customer service from Lee. Our contract was up and he showed great flexibility in negotiating our new terms for a 2 year contract.

Contacted Avanti gas on Monday 5 October 26 , after numerous bill inquirers regarding my account been charged wrongly. Paula assured me that it was on the system and would be dealt within a time frame . She also sent me a email to confirm this and kept me up to date with its progress .

The Avanti customer service team are brilliant - so helpful, friendly and efficient. In fact, the whole set up is very customer friendly with effective telemetry to help indicate when the tank needs topping up and very efficient delivery too.

The lady I spoke with today was lovely. She dealt with my case sympathetically and kindly. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed. Thank you

Dealing with the efficient and very pleasant Lily at AvantiGas helped smooth what could have been a difficult situation. True to her word, she called back and a helpful engineer then came out to work his magic by rectifying a rare system failure due to ageing regulators.

I dealt with Erin while comparing LPG suppliers and arranging my switch to AvantiGas.

She was extremely helpful, patient and responsive throughout the process. I had quite a few questions about the two-year fixed price, standing charge, usage figures and contract terms, and she took the time to answer everything clearly by email without any pressure.

The pricing was competitive and the whole process so far has been straightforward.

Very impressed with Erin’s service and communication. Hopefully the switch and ongoing service will be just as good.

Just moved into a new home with LPG. I knew nothing about this type of energy supply but called Avanti and spoke to Les who was able to answer all my questions and explain how it works. I was struck by not getting the "hard sell"which put my mind at rest. Very good customer service.

Colin came to fix low regulator pressure. He resolved the problem with professionalism and explained everything as he did the work. I would highly recommend him.

I had a issue concerning my gas delivery. Spoke to a lovely lady named Julie who sorted it out.Gas was delivered on time.

It was time to renew my 2 year contract and I had a couple of questions, so I called them.
Les took my call, and was able to answer all my queries really easily. He was cheerful and knowledgable.

Although it wasa difficult situation, Lily was always courteous and patient. She responded promptly to all my queries and I am pleased to say that the experience ended in a positive conclusion.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Frankie today. Made the whole thing very easy. I have been with Avanti for a few years and have no complaints at all.

The delivery person, Andy Goodfelloe, from South Cave was absolutely excellent. I’m 80 with cancer, very limited movement and ability, Andy not only made sure that everything was working properly but took the time and patience to make sure I fully understood everything.
