I have been having a few issues with logging in to our account recently and a few other queries that I couldn't find the answer for. Today I spoke with Qyaam Clark on the web chat facility, who was so helpful, polite and reassuring. All my queries were resolved and a new log in was set up so that I can now access my account.

I had a very obscure request, we stopped using gas in 2015 and now need the capped off meter to be re-energised, Quashi (probably not spelt correctly)Clark was able to give me our old account number and told me who to phone.
