Process is lengthy and feels complicated. Needing to get the quote from the garage, then getting the garage to forward to quote, then having to wait for the process to be accepted then having to book again into the garage. This took a couple of months in the end due to all of the above then also having to wait for parts etc.
if this process could be streamlined it would be an excellent process. It has put me off purchasing one again as I had a problem that needed fixing asap and I couldn’t face going through the process of having to wait. Hence the reason I would question purchasing again from here.

The company went above and beyond in order to help me fullfil my claim. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend

Fast and smooth reimbursement

Really disappointed my claim was rejected. Iv only had the car 4 or 5 weeks and there is a sensor electrical fault. Surely electrical faults are covered. I understand wear and tear or bad servicing but the car has only been purchased and and early parking sensor fault to not be covered is poor. Really hope this is reconsidered

I made a claim to Autoguard Warranties in early August, but it took until the end of August for the claim to be approved.

I then took my motorhome to a repairer listed as an approved repair centre on the Autoguard app. I was therefore very surprised to discover, once the repair bill was issued, that Autoguard would not cover the repairer’s full hourly labour rate. Autoguard covered only around 75% of the labour rate, leaving me to pay the difference myself. Given that I had specifically used a repairer listed by Autoguard as approved, I found this particularly disappointing.

I took the motorhome to the approved repair centre on 1 September, but Autoguard did not make payment to the repairer until 18 September.

The overall result was that I was without the use of a motorhome I had only recently purchased for around seven weeks. This was during a period when my partner and I could otherwise have been enjoying and making use of it.

My experience was therefore frustrating, both because of the length of time the claim and payment process took and because I was left personally covering part of the labour cost despite using an Autoguard-approved repairer.

I am always sceptical about warranties, Autoguard Warranties have proved me wrong, probably the best money I have spent in a while.

The need for approval before booking a repair when you have a breakdown which has to be fixed,was not helpful...once approval service was speedy..

Took longer then I expected for the repair to be accepted but the repair was finally completed

Slightly convoluted system for making claim but once final figure for work agreed ( approx 3/4 of garage estimate) every thing proceeded extremely smoothly and quickly remitted. All comunication with staff extremely polite and helpful.From initial contact to repair and final remittance - 2 weeks.

I put in my claim and it was processed within a week. They paid the full cost of the repair, ex VAT. I was very pleased with their response. I sent the documents they asked for and they didn't argue, not once. I got back £1200 on a £1430 bill. Very pleased with their warranty.
