Things go awol
Things go awol from time to time. No particular reason other than the complexity of modern integrated systems. In such circumstances, a good support team who assists and gets things sorted is needed. AE has such a team. As with other instances, today's support assistant seemed to be painfully slow in resolving the issue. However, as before, it is methodical, and you know work is being done behind the scenes. Clear instructions are given when you have to do remedial stuff on your side. Elsewhere, I have suffered from slap-dash, speedy support, which confuses, makes things worse or doesn't actually fix the issue without another session (or more) to do so. AE's support is the complete opposite of such experiences.
Today's support was just great. Thank y'all

I would like to be able to give 2 separate reviews; 1 for system/process and 1 for people skills.
The process took far too long to complete and cost us a significant amount of time and energy.
