Issue resolved in seconds
I had a issue with a duplicated invoices that's actually hasn't been duplicated. An advisor responded straight away and assisted with my issue - which is a bug that they are already aware of.

Recent App update!
A week ago Autoentry upgraded there mobile app and followed it up with a general communication to users. From a "Look" point of view its a great improvement. However there was one piece of functionality that was removed and this was not covered off on the communication -"Payment Accounts".
This was used by the uploader to notate if a payment had been made outside of the regular bank account - IE: Cash, Visa card.
Off the back of this change we received a few calls from our clients asking where this section had gone? So, off the back of these communciations we reached out to AE on the chat line. We explained what we believe to have happened, and supplied screen shots of the pre/post app screen changes to assist in the investigation.. Now normally our interaction with AE is pretty good, however this time we were made to feel that we were talking rubbish and wasting their time raising this issue.. Comments such as "Im not sure what you would like me to do here" and "Unfortunately, the mark as the paid feature isn't available on mobile nor ever was available on mobile." were received. So after shouting at the screen I picked up the phone and called the central helpdesk number in London. The person I spoke to (apologies I didnt get a name) was helpful person advised that they would investigate and advise. It now transpires that the functionality was in the system but it was removed as part of the app upgrade... The challenge is "Why was it removed" and "When will it be reinstated". At the moment we have a workaround, which is additional work for us but for how long do we have to support that?
