Great Support, Decent Product
Autoentry does what it needs to do, and integrates pretty seamlessly with the accounting software we use.
They have excellent responsive support who are often able to either manually fix an issue, tell me what I'm doing wrong, or advise of the product limitations.
However there are many glitches and areas for improvement which I will list here:
- When reviewing expenses in an expense report you can't just click onto the next one in the report, you have to back out and find the next one in the list. What makes this worse is that Autoentry doesn't remember the page you are on. So if you are on the second page it will kick you back to page 1 so you have to go back to the second page and then find what expense you were on.
- it can take a significant amount of time - sometimes hours - to process receipts
- You are unable to edit an approved expense report
- You are unable to post credits, or negative amounts which obviously occurs on credit card expense reports
- Unable to load credit card statements and assign them to users to load receipts against/reconcile to
- Filters on lists of any kind reset after backing out of an item
- unable to upload PNG files

Not happy that autoentry wasn't working…
Not happy that autoentry wasn't working properly in the first place. I have had to waste time trying to fix it.

Problem sorted quickly.
I had a problem with an Invoice upload where a supplier name had been displayed wrong.
This was corrected very quickly via the help chat. Very helpful and speedy service.

Quick reponse
Although my issue couldn't be resolved the response was quick and they credited back the credits I had used. Hopefully the transaction I wanted to do will be incorporated into the software at some point.
A good software to use along side Sage 50 accounts
