Requirememt to upload documents should be part of checkout, you get an email confirming order so you thi k your good. Some time later you get an email asking for documents which you may not notice. Plates were insufficiently packaged and the adhesive fixing you pay extra for was woefully inadequate... I guess if plate falls off you buy more right... customer service was unhelpful and patronizing.

ABD is a fantastic company and I would highly recommend them and have already done so to friends and family

I've had headlight bulbs from ABD in the last 4 of my cars, and I've been using ABD since 2015.

I've had headlight bulbs for a Ford Galaxy (2012), another Ford Galaxy (2012), a Seat Alhambra (2016) and a Ford Galaxy (2017).

I normally end up dealing with Kim on the phone, who is fantastic, she is super efficient, pleasant and professional .

The bulbs from ABD are of great quality and the ones I have bought have come with a reassuring 2 to 3 year guarantee and if they do go wrong, ABD replacement service is super smooth, quick and efficient.

They will even send you out a free pre-paid envelope and the return procedure is painless and I've always found it to be really quick.

Kim in particularly fantastic as I recently had to get a replacement bulb for my 2017 Ford Galaxy.

However as ABD is NOT some dodgy company on eBay, the Bulbs I bought came with a 3 year warranty.

To replace the bulb on the Galaxy is a bit of a nightmare and I normally get my mechanic to do it, but he will charge me to take it out and charge me again to replace it (which is fair enough)

However Kim came up with the idea that I could buy a replacement bulb, and then when I return the faulty bulb that they would be able to refund me the money (with free postage on both sides !)

This was a great idea and one which I would not have thought of.

It meant that I only had to pay my mechanic ONCE to take the old bulb out and replace it with a new one.

Also the second Ford Galaxy that I owned unfortunately had to have a number of replacement bulbs BUT this was down to the car itself and nothing to do with the bULBS from ABD bulbs.

As those bulbs were under a two year guarantee, ABD did not make ANY fuss or quibble about the replacement bulbs, and were super efficient in getting new ones sent to me and were amazing in just replacing them.

Pricewise, I have found ABD to be very competitive and you have the peace of mind of knowing that they are of really good quality and also come with a 2 to 3 year warranty, depending on which type of bulb you buy.

As mentioned previously, I've been using them since 2015, so for 8 years and I have been very extremely happy with the service and will continue to use them.

I would say to keep up the good work, but I think that's just the way that they are at ABD and are just very professional and super efficient !

Ordered my bulbs 1 was faulty returned with no issues and a replacement was sent. Put the bulbs in the van and within a few days both bulbs went extremely dim.
I've contacted them over a wk ago with no reply. Use Amazon cheaper and more reliable lesson learned

I ordered a pair of bulbs for my car in Dec 2022. Because i had not ordered for a while, i forgot to change my address. So, the order was sent to my old address (which we sold). I went their and was told he has refused it, photo or no photo! The Yodel delivery claimed 'delivered' with a photo. So, someone is lying. ABD claim they raised a ticket with Yodel, a lie, as i have no proof. Text on an email to me is NO PROOF OF ANYTHING! They dont have quality anything - zero customer service riddled with lies, extortionate prices compared to Amazon. everyone I meet I will tell them to go to Amazon always, cheaper, quicker, free deliver! Why get screwed ABD lies.

Absolute nightmare, ordered two sets of bults H4 & H7, Jiffy bag arrived crushed and broken. Opened the H4 and parcel tape had been put across plastic container to prevent them falling out in transit, however due to the state of the jiffy bag, the tape had ripped and one bulb had fallen out into jiffy bag. The H7 were worse, the plastic container was shattered and one of the stem of the bulb snapped, contacted seller and they advised I had bought "opened" H7, I was not aware of this, but even opened you do not expect the container shattered and bulb broken, there had been no effort to protect the bulbs such as bubble wrap and the only protection was the cases they were in and the jiffy bag they were "chucked" in, which was as thin as four sheets of paper.
What a nightmare as sent them photos of damaged packaging and plastic cases then they wanted pictures of bulbs, it was quicker and surprisingly cheaper and easier to get them locally.
Thank you for your reply, had it been possible I would have put pictures of the "THIN" jiffy bag and the case you say that is classed as "opened" that was in seven pieces when it arrived, Rather than sending further messages back and forth and more pictures I would rather let you keep the money and I got them locally and quickly, it is my licence that would get points, when my lights are not working, whilst you messaged back and forth and requested more pictures. As I said cheaper and quicker locally and easier to take back when "BROKEN"

H7 Twenty20 Daylight +200% 12V 55W 477 Halogen Bulbs for Audi A4 2012 reg. First impressions dipped lights look brighter although haven’t been on dark enough road to verify any real improvement.Comminicstion delivery and packaging excellent - cost seems reasonable.Quick update - light pattern is fine and I would say improvement is significant over old bulbs and does make night driving less stressful. Overall happy with the new bulbs.
