The LED bulbs work exactly as described and seem to be very well made. They are much brighter than the OEM halogen bulbs. If I don’t post an update, you can assume they’re still working.

Consistently reliable, plenty of stock, easy to buy, fast and safe delivery
Been a customer for years and they are still my go to for car bulbs. Such an easy way to find out what bulbs you need by entering your reg number, so helpful. Plenty of purchase options, brands and stock. Fast delivery and well packaged. Great prices. I hope these guys continue for years and years as I will continue to be a regular customer. They are always on my to-do list when planning a driving holiday or before a service or MOT.

Marks on brand new Number Plate - refuse to replace
Ordered a set of number plates from them. When they arrived, one had a mark 'built' into it. It wasn't huge. But, when you buy something brand new, you'd expect it to be free from any blemishes. They refused to change the one affected plate because "it didn't affect the lettering"... So I cancelled the entire order within 14 days of delivery, as per Consumer Rights Act 2015, and returned the plates. They again refused to refund me. So instigated a Visa Debit Card Chargeback via my bank. Just got an email confirming that the money has been refunded to my account by Visa. I didn't get a refund for the return postage, as the law requires. So I am a little out of pocket... But at least this company hasn't got my original money. They'll probably respond with some nonsense about it being a 'custom order' because it's a number plate. It DOES NOT MATTER. In law a defect is a defect. irrespective of being a custom order or not. Their own terms and conditions state they would replace or refund if there was a defect!!! In my experience, they are UNTRUSTWORTHY & UNRELIABLE!
UPDATE: As expected, they responded with the usual explanation... This time attempting to make the blemish even smaller than it was. Ignoring the fact that they have already accepted it was a defect in the emails to me and in their response to this review. However, what appears to elude them, is that VISA, independent in this, looked at the evidence - including PHOTO'S - showing it to be far larger than they are now stating! And VISA decided I was in the right and ABD were in the wrong! Some people just cannot accept LOSING!
Based on my experience. It is possible that if you have an issue, they will ignore UK Consumer Law and not refund you or reimburse you for returning the defective item - as they may lawfully be required to do!

I'm very sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order. Unfortunately the very very small blemish that is not affecting the lettering or the use of the plates does not constitute a defect. As these are number plates and not resalable, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
We have not seen any chargeback for your order, but we are nonetheless pleased you have a resolution.
UPDATE: The blemish in question is less than 0.5mm in size (as measured by a micrometre) and away from any lettering, therefore this does not constitute as a defect. Due to the process of printing number plates, tiny blemishes like this are possible and unavoidable. To reprint every plate that has a blemish as small as this would not be feasible. Once again we are sorry you are unhappy with your order but are glad you achieved a resolution.
ALL consumer laws have been followed and abided by in line with this being a custom product and therefore not returnable or refundable.
VISA do not govern consumer law. They have not processed a chargeback for this order so if they've refunded your money, this has been done independently within their own customer policies and without any involvement from us. They also have no authority on knowing or deciding what does or does not constitute a defect on a number plate. That can only be governed by the DVLA who set the standards. Your plate met all required standards for a fully valid and legal number plate.
Once again, we are sorry you were not happy with your order and wish you well.

581 LED Indicator Bulbs
Bought some 581 LED Indicator bulbs for my mk4 Ford Focus.
I had previously installed some chromed halogen bulbs from another retailer and was massively disappointed with these and their weak yellow light that had me convinced that someone would say they didn't see me signal in bright sunlight.
ABD offered a range of LED bulbs compatible with my model and whilst I was worried that my car would show a CANbus error or suffer from hyperflashing, I bought from ABD as they seemed to offer good aftersales help.
Well, I am glad I didn't need to return the bulbs as they fitted perfectly, no error messages and a bright, orange light that was more noticeable in daylight and at night and as the bulb fitting itself was metal it looked great through my clear indicator lenses when not illuminated unlike the original orange halogen bulbs.
Fast shipping as well.

Components are well made/Instructions poor
Components are well made. Directions are woeful. There are no resources online, be they YouTube videos or additional manuals. The instructions are a poor afterthought. The connectors bear no relation to my car (a VW polo with an H4 headlamp).
I hope things improve but I have had to take many pictures and write a detailed email explaining the issues. So far from a plug and play solution as you could be!
I want to spend my time on other things. It is a utilitarian purchase and I am not an enthusiast with loads of time to devote.
