My husband and I are not long back from a fabulous trip to Kenya, organised by Theresa Arachi. My absolute goal was to stay at Giraffe Manor in Nairobi, which is a very difficult ask, but Theresa pulled it off, and we had the most wonderful time there. And our two safari trips were a terrific experience also.
We had a hitch with Kenyan passport control which Audley and their team on the ground sorted out swiftly and efficiently.
The true worth of a travel agency is not when things are going to plan but when things go wrong and Audley were amazing and reassuring at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Audley Travel.

We just had another Audley holiday, this time 3 weeks in South Asia, and it was another successful trip. Our regional expert was very helpful in the planning stages, customising the itinerary and accommodation to our own preferences, and we were given plenty of advice. We felt like we had 5* treatment with our airport and hotel transfers and also the pre-booked tours. Hotels were well chosen. Everything went smoothly, but someone was always available to contact for info. Highly recommended.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 4 week trip to South Africa organised by Isabelle Evans. The itinerary she put together was carefully thought through and planned, which enabled us to have a fabulous first time trip to South Africa. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and the excursions were excellent.

Audley travel were fantastic and were both professional and friendly. The logistics from start to finish were perfect and worked like clockwork. We were met at the airport on arrival and seen through the airport as far as possible on our departure. The advice we got from Mark Robinson on the holiday demonstrated that he actually listened carefully to what we were after and used his experience of the area to choose the perfect location for us. Mark told us what to expect from the location in terms of restaurants and bars and he was spot on.
I would highly recommend Audley travel and will definitely use them in future.

If you are thinking of a trip where you would like to explore/tour/sightsee then do not hesitate to go with Audley travel. We have just come back from Thailand, absolutely amazing. Although a heartwarming country with beautiful friendly people it was Audley that really made this trip. Everything was taken care of, transportation, guide, hotels, all personally selected to fit our criteria, wants and needs. Even with the Middle East issues where yes our flight was cancelled, Audley travel sorted this efficiently and communicated throughout so the experience did not effect our holiday apart from give us five extra nights in the most amazing place in Khak Lak. We have loved every single moment and everyone we interacted with booked by Audley drivers/guides etc. were lovely special people who we will never forget. We have seen so much and definitely wouldn’t have been able to do this by ourselves. Thank you Audley and if you are even thinking about using Audley travel do not hesitate can’t recommend them enough.

Leo Montavoci is amazing! He just crafted a Canada itinerary for me. Not matter what the question was Leo had the answer, his super knowledgeable of the destination, hotels and activities. Thank you so much loved the process from is start to finish

This was our first time booking with Audley & I did so reluctantly on the advice of friends as our trip was to South America incorporating Chile, Bolivia & Peru. We have been delighted with the whole experience from start to finish especially the in country service great guides, wonderful hotels and we can certainly recommend them too.

Audley were very helpful in dealing with our trip to Abu Dhabi and the Maldives, which has had to be cancelled. Very professional and timely advice and assistance from our country specialist. You can tell the measure of an organisation by how it responds when things don’t go to plan, and Audley have been exceptionally good. We will rebook with them as soon as possible!

Excellent itinerary which was 'bespoke' following helpful and knowledgeable pre trip discussions with Will and (later) Thomas Carroll. Very very pleased with the overall trip and loved the choice of accommodation and activities. Will be rebooking with Audley Travel in the future.

What a shame we were unable to travel with Audley to Dubai. Thanks to Kate who was excellent throughout and look forward to organising another holiday soon.

This is our third experience of booking with Audley. We've always had a brilliant experience from start to finish with them. On this occasion we were caught up in the chaos in the UAE and we are so grateful for the support we had in rearranging our flights/transfers/hotel extension. They were in constant contact and really brought our stress levels down so we could still enjoy the majority of our holiday. The accommodation and tours they organised for us were amazing. We always feel we are getting a personalised service from Audley - on this occasion Anna was our representative and was absolutely brilliant. The duty team were also on hand out of hours and were really supportive and reactive.
Will be planning our next trip with Audley soon!

On 17th February, I wrote a review expressing how disappointed I was with the lack of communication from the Audley team regarding a holiday I was booking to Costa Rica. I have since learned that this was due to an internal breakdown in communication on Audley’s side.
When you raise a complaint with a company, you quickly get a sense of their professionalism by how they respond — and I have been very happy with the way my concern was handled. The team took it seriously, addressed the issue promptly, and made sure I felt listened to.
I really appreciate the effort taken to resolve the situation, and I’m pleased with how it was managed.
It has ensured I will contact Audley again for my next journey

We cannot recommend Audley enough, five star service.
Ben Harwood was excellent in planning our bucket list tailored holiday to Vietnam, he was so knowledgeable ensuring our trip was perfect from accommodation to excursions, taking into account exactly what we wanted out of our trip as a family. The personal touch and bespoke service is really what makes Audley exceptional. Ben was amazing throughout and always on hand to answer any questions.
Due to the current situation in the Middle East we really didn't think our trip would go ahead. As Ben was out of office Hannah Alderson has gone above and beyond to find alternate flights and secure our trip for this week. We are truly grateful to Hannah for the past week handling the situation in such a calm and professional manner under the circumstances.
It's our first trip with Audley following a friends recommendation but it certainly won't be our last.

We used Audley to organise our first trip to beautiful South Africa.
The whole experience was excellent from booking though the brilliant agent Megan Capon, right through all the transports, world class hotels and top notch guides, tours and other experiences.
All went without a hitch, and some communications whilst we were there for clarifications were answered promptly and most helpful.
All in all a wonderful job well done.

We have used Audley many times over the years and always received excellent service. Our latest trip to Malaysia was no exception in that the itinerary offered great a variety of experiences, beautiful accommodation and extremely efficient travel arrangements. On top of this, the way Audley were able to change our return flight arrangements due to the middle east crisis was outstanding.

From the very beginning the organisation was excellent. The Itinery was well thought out, particularly taking into consideration my partner's mobility issues. All of the Guides, accommodation and trips were extremely good. Audley went above and beyond to get us home after our flights were cancelled. Amazing experience.

Tailored planning, preparation and ready support is the forte of Audley approach, making a three week tour around the Philippines a stress-free and fantastic experience. David took great care to ensure the route, accommodation and excursions were suitable for our needs and expectations. Communication via the app was faultless, together with the support from local guides that gave a high degree of reassurance. Highly recommended.

The country specialist was very knowledgeable, asked lots of relevant questions in order to get a handle on exactly what we were looking for, and then came up with, what promises to be, a great itinerary.

We booked a holiday with Audley to Vietnam and Cambodia with a stop over in Dubai. From the beginning it was an excellent experience. Joanna, their specialist for Indochina, met with us by Teams and worked to make an itinerary which was tailored to our wishes. In the following weeks she gave us plenty of opportunity to ask further questions and fine tune the itinerary and everything was arranged efficiently. Since our initial meeting, communication has been excellent.
When the conflict in the Middle East arose, just before our departure, there was a timely email from the managing director of Audley telling us what we should expect. A full 4 days before our intended departure we were phoned by Joanna who had managed to secure us flight tickets with another airline with a departure date just a day later than our original holiday. In addition, she went through our other options in keeping with best practice.
In the end we decided to postpone our holiday and Joanna is now rebooking our same itinerary for the end of the year!
