We were impressed with everyone and everything at Audley from our initial enquiry through to a wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka. We were not sure that they would be able to provide what we wanted for the price we could afford and yet, with the marvellous Matt Parr they delivered. We gave an exhaustive list of what we wanted to do and also, being in our seventies, what we were able to do! Matt took it all on board and came up with a fabulous plan with his own personal recommendations of things he thought we would enjoy. He was right on all that he suggested and we had the most wonderful holiday. Everything went as planned and we were touched by the detail - we didn’t have to reexplain things to people who helped us in Sri Lanka. Our Chauffeur/Guide, Chamil, was as friendly and caring as he could be and, like Matt, made it the memorable holiday that we hoped for.

We used Audley for the first time for our Mexico trip. We had the best holiday and adventure thanks to Audley. We usually holiday in Europe and plan them ourselves, but simply could not do this for this type of trip. Phoebe designed our trip through discussions with us, we had no idea where to go in Mexico. Her in depth, first hand knowledge was invaluable. We went to 4 very different places and loved every minute of the trip. Phoebe was always on hand to deal with any issues throughout the planning process including last minute hotel and room changes. Audley also found great deals on our flights meaning we could go business class on our return to the UK, and routed us through the US which we hadn't thought about.
I loved the fact we were looked after throughout the trip ie collected and driven about and didn't need to worry about anything. The local guides were also great. Audley make sure you have a local contact if needed and there is always someone on hand to deal with anything, but nothing went wrong for us.
We would definitely use Audley again and highly recommend their service. It may appear a bit pricey but you totally see where your money is going especially if you have individual drivers and guides as we did. You're paying for a travel company to arrange everything for you and it's a bespoke trip. Special thanks to Phoebe who made our trip so special and such an adventure.

What a fantastic company. We have recently returned from Australia and New Zealand, everything was arranged perfectly by them. Unfortunately the world went mad during the first leg of our flight home, and what could have turned out holiday into a disaster didn't happen thanks to the fantastic staff at Audley. They managed to arrange flights home via LA, much to our relief.
We will always use them for our travel arrangements.

Audley helped us create a truly once-in-a-lifetime trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, with an itinerary that allowed us to fully experience the culture of each country. The guides and drivers were exceptional, and the excursions were thoughtfully adapted to suit our preferences.

One of the highlights was our journey on the Aqua Mekong along the Mekong Delta—it far exceeded our expectations. Throughout the trip, we had a wonderful time and met so many amazing people along the way.

When unexpected events relating to the war in the Middle East disrupted our plans, Audley responded quickly and professionally, arranging hotel accommodation and rebooking our flights home without hassle. Any issues we encountered were handled efficiently and resolved with care.

We would highly recommend Audley and will definitely book with them again in the future.

We recently come back from a 17-day holiday to Phillipines from 12th Feb to originally 1st March organised via Audley Travel. Their Snr South East Asia Specialist Anna Pering, who tailored it to our requirements very knowledgeable. We had a great time. We stayed in Manila for a few days.spent time in the mountains and visited Bohol and El Nido. Beutiful places. All tours guides and drivers for private transfers tours and pick ups were superb everything was not to much trouble. Special thank u to our tour guide Elton. To say that the people of phillipines are very friendly and welcoming. to hotel accommodation flights which we had a few but well worth it. With a special thank u to Anna and her staff who got us home on the 8th march delayed due to airspace closure in UAE. very stressful time tbh. But have to say Audley Travel were great in handling situation very professional. Proves u have to book via a recognised travel agent not only for putting together the holiday but insuring their clients got home safely. Well done. Would definately recommend them to family friend's for the future and would book with them again

We had an amazing holiday to Borneo stayed at some amazing places and see the big 5 plus more it was a truly wonderful time

A fabulous trip, memories for life! This is the second trip Audley have organised us, and it was again excellent. We were listened to in every stage of the planning and they even accomodated some last minute requests easily. Once there, it was pretty much seamless with excellent guides and drivers. We saw so much of Vietnam in a relatively short time (our choice) and loved all the suggestions both there and in Cambodia. When there was a minor unpredictable hiccup, Audley were quick to respond and resolve. We saw beautiful amazing places and were so well looked after. The guides were so knowledgeable and loved their countries. Special thanks to Dat, May May & Saiy. It has been so hard to say what was best because it was all so good!

Joanna made booking our 3 week bespoke trip to China so easy and enjoyable. She gave us ideas we had not thought of and was so efficient and knowledgeable. Most importantly she emailed or phoned us back immediately when we had any questions. She could not have been more helpful with visas and particular phone apps needed in China. Due to the Middle East Crisis we were not able to travel but will re book with Audley Travel next year. Thank you Joanna.

Super holiday to Malaysia Borneo...city, rainforest, river and luxury island resort. Amazing itinerary with superb accommodation and organisation. Charlotte Caitlin communicated clearly from start to a review post holiday. Above standard quality and felt very safe with Charlotte's expert knowledge and this itinerary. Absolutely recommend.

Audley couldn’t have been more helpful in organising my dream trip. Unfortunately due to the flight disruption recently my trip to Singapore and Thailand was cancelled but Audley were promptly in touch with me when the issues in the Middle East started and did everything they could to try and source alternative flights, however the timings didn’t work very well and therefore they offered me a full refund which they promptly sorted and I was very grateful for this as it took a lot of stress out of the situation. In addition they also organised a fantastic last minute trip closer to home in Iceland which has been incredible. Their staff couldn’t be more helpful and the peace of mind they provide along with attention to detail is why I will continue to use them.

Fantastic holiday. We spent 1 week with a very knowledgable guide, who looked after us incredible well. Nothing was too much trouble. Audley had the balance right between site seeing and relaxing. The accommodation was extremely comfortable. Jess had worked really hard with us to make sure that that the itinerary suited our needs.

We used Audley Travel to help plan our first visit to Thailand. It had always been a destination we wanted to explore, but we never booked as we were unsure of the best places to visit and stay in such a fascinating country.
I contacted Audley last summer and spoke to Saskia — and that’s where our journey to the most amazing holiday began! She was incredibly helpful. I shared our initial ideas, and she created a fantastic itinerary. We then decided to include our friends, add a few days in Dubai, and make a few other changes — nothing was ever too much trouble. Saskia quickly adapted everything and came back with a revised plan that suited us perfectly.
We ended up having the most wonderful holiday and completely fell in love with Thailand. Our guide for the first 10 days, Nok, was fantastic and truly made our trip unforgettable — thank you!
We are now home safe and sound after our trip was extended from three weeks to nearly a month due to the conflict in the Middle East. We were relaxing on sunbeds when we heard the news, and while other holidaymakers at the hotel were desperately trying to rearrange their flights home.
Audley took all that stress away from us. We were very fortunate to be able to stay on at our hotel in Khao Lak for the extra time, and Audley handled everything seamlessly. Our flights were rebooked, and they even secured us a direct flight home from Bangkok to London.

Recently travelled to Vietnam with Audley, organised by Jonathan. Great holiday packed with all the things we personally wanted to do. We like food and architecture, seeing what the locals do and eat. Everything we had was amazing. We were due to fly via Dubai and recent events have stopped that. Jonathan had arranged new flights on our expected day of departure and also rearranged a trip so we won't miss anything. Jonathan went above and beyond. Fantastic holiday and a fantastic service.

We have just returned from a fabulous trip to Sri Lanka. Will at Audley took a great amount of time putting together a brilliant agenda covering the "southern circuit". The Hotels were always very comfortable and each had their unique charm - from Colonial splendour (Columbo)to the idiosyncratic Buckingham Place and the tranquil Ellerton Lodge. We saw a huge variety of places and wildlife. We were unfortunate to have been caught up in the war resulting in our return flights being cancelled, however Will and the team were excellent at sorting out our re-routing via Singapore - albeit some days later. It must have been a stressful time for them in the office !The offers to help organise our extended stay were very welcome. It is reassuring to know that when things do go wrong the team were there to sort it out so that our holiday memories are all good

We used Audley to book our one-time-only trip to South Africa. After initial discussions with Robyn Hutchins, a South African specialist, concerning our requirements she put together a well planned personalised itinerary. The areas and hotels she suggested were lovely and perfect for us.
Due to trouble in the Middle East our flight home via Dubai was cancelled and had to be re-arranged. Audley dealt with this and kept us informed by email so our holiday was not spoiled in any way.
We found Audley a highly professional and reliable company and would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

My husband and I are not long back from a fabulous trip to Kenya, organised by Theresa Arachi. My absolute goal was to stay at Giraffe Manor in Nairobi, which is a very difficult ask, but Theresa pulled it off, and we had the most wonderful time there. And our two safari trips were a terrific experience also.
We had a hitch with Kenyan passport control which Audley and their team on the ground sorted out swiftly and efficiently.
The true worth of a travel agency is not when things are going to plan but when things go wrong and Audley were amazing and reassuring at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Audley Travel.
