After travelling with Audley several times previously and being extremely happy with their service, I find myself to be very disappointed in their communication. We are planning to go to Costa Rica and Mexico this year and asked for a quote, this did not come in the normal time frame as they are normally so efficient but when it did come I wanted to make a few changes. I was asked when I was looking to make a decision and said we were also asking another company to quote. From that point they have failed to answer any emails from me. I feel really let down as I have constantly told my friends and family what a good company they are both clearly if you get another quote you are not someone they want to deal with.
Really disappointed and let down

Ordered a brochure online so that we could look at the areas of Japan that we could visit
Next morning received a phone call from one of the reps asking if we need any help or any questions !!!

Please give people time to receive the brochure and have a look at it before bugging them with phone calls

Harry from Audley Travel was very helpful and knowledgeable in planning a great trip to New Zealand. We had several calls to fine tune it and a pre-trip call to run through the itinerary in detail, plus a post trip feedback call. The trip was extremely well organised and flawless executed from start to finish. It was a perfect and memorable holiday. Would highly recommend.

Wow Audley and Andy organised a fantastic trip for us once again! We have used them for 5 long haul road trips . Our most recent was to South Africa , Andy planned the most magnificent trip , tailor made to meet our needs. From booking several flights and connections, to transfer, hotels, trips, recommendations, everything is planned for you . No stress just excitement. Audley allows you to feel safe and travel to places you might not normally travel to. All you have to do is pack, everything else is done for you. You receive a pack with absolutely everything included , support numbers to contact . Everything is covered . Andy was always on hand over the year to answer any questions however small . We have now planned our next road trip with Audley and will continue to use them and highly recommend .

We have just returned from our second holiday through Audley and again it was excellent in every way. Audley specialists put together an itinerary based on your preferences - this is where they excel. Thanks this time to Hannah who arranged a memorable trip to Thailand for us. The local in country guides are also excellent, and ensure travel connections all go smoothly. Highly recommended!

We wanted quality safari without the crowds and the frills. 10 to 12 hours safari/day with a good variety of habitat and none of the chasing the big 5 was to us just perfect.

Home now after the most amazing 5 weeks in Australia & New Zealand. 2 1/2 weeks of which organized by Audley travel. From the flights over, the motor home, the route & the trips booked - all perfect! So many highlights - whale watching, wine tasting, cruising around Abel Tasman, boating on a glacier & of course Milford sounds! All wonderful experiences expertly planned by Harry.

Our return visit to The Sarojin was really special; the location,the wonderful Team, and the delicious food made it another relaxing holiday to remember. From the outset we had confidence in our country specialist who arranged amazing experiences throughout our holiday across four countries. These were supported by fantastic local guides to make them truly memorable. I would recommend Audley to anyone but above all I would like to thank Dan Pullen for arranging such a wonderful trip to Hong Kong, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand.

We have just returned from our 6th or 7th trip with Audley. Rather than a grand tour we just asked for a week on a beach in Thailand and then a few days in Bangkok. I thought it may be too simple for them to consider, but Mark sorted us out with a fabulous break that met all our needs with a few little wow extras thrown in, such as a speedboat transfer to the resort island and a nighttime tuc tuc tour of Bangkok. The ease of booking with Audley just gets even easier if it can do that, and the quality of venues , tour guides and itineraries they chose are always exceptional and a little off the beaten path , which we love.

Extremely well organised and the holiday lead listened to our requirements and got it absolutely correct!

We travelled on a safari to Kenya and then were due to go on to Zanzibar. Audley arranged a superb trip for us, however it was disrupted by civil disturbance in Tanzania and FCDO advice was not to enter the country. Audley promptly and smoothly arranged further travel arrangements and flights back home. When we had problems with All Clear Travel Insurance who refused our compensation claim  for Tanzania expenses and flights, Audley assisted us all the way in helping us claim back any money we could and took a lot of time and trouble to do what they could for us as a company.
We were incredibly fortunate to have booked our holiday through Audley. The company far exceeded our expectations during our holiday experiences and were brilliant in  helping during unforeseen circumstances.

We have just returned from a truly fabulous trip to Porto. Becky Allen who organised our itinerary was really efficient and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Audley and a city break to Porto, which is a great destination with plenty to keep you entertained.

We had an amazing East African trip over New Year's organised by Audley Travel. Highlights were Ruaha National Park and Ikuka safari camp - a true luxury wilderness experience - also Dar es Salaam and snorkelling off Mafia Island. The advice given was spot on and organisation excellent. Especially appreciated the guidance through Nairobi airport!

This the fifth holiday that we have booked through Audley Travel. Each holiday has been brilliant and exactly what we asked Audley to arrange for us. This latest holiday to Tanzania was no exception. Isabelle listened to what we did and didn’t want and we ended up with the most amazing trip.
Not sure when we will be going away again but we will definitely book through Audley again.

We organised a winter trip to Malaysian with the help of Charlotte at Audley Travel. Having explored one or two alternatives we chose Audley because Charlotte seemed to have a good knowledge of the country and was receptive to what we wanted to get out of the holiday (and what we wanted to avoid), rather than simply offering us a standard off-the-shelf package. In the event we were extremely pleased with our choice of tour operator, having enjoyed a wonderful holiday combining a variety of fascinating locations and including some really excellent guided tours organised as part of the package. All practical arrangements (transfers etc) worked smoothly and information provided on the trip, whether via a dedicated app., website or hard copy file, was comprehensive. On this basis we would certainly consider using Audley again in any future long-haul holiday plans.

Audley Travel were so helpful in organising our trip to Thailand - many thanks Hannah for your kindness and expertise in listening to what we wanted and ensuring we got it! Cannot fault anything on the trip from the transfers in luxury vehicles, the hotels, the guides. It was a well oiled machine with not a single hiccup. If you get chance to experience the Elephant Hills Camp it is a definite must do if you like nature and serenity. Will definitely use Audley again and recommend.

We did Singapore and Vietnam to celebrate my 60th. Audley, and especially Christian LeFort, were excellent in every respect. He took loads of time finding out exactly what we wanted and his knowledge of the destinations was fantastic.
