Very efficient team
Very efficient team, I ordered the microwave around midday and it was in my house by 7 am next day. The sale man over the phone was very friendly and helpful. Communication was much beyond expectation specially with the driver. Adding to that price was very competitive, saved at least £20 in total. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Really disappointing
Really disappointing! ordered items that were in stock then told days later not in stock ? I asked for a refund that would take 2 days, then after 2 days later was told it would take another 2-3 days ! I had 10 days of this debacle. customer service was simply awful, I ordered the same product x3 from another company which I got my order next day and 30% cheaper !

RC value across the board
I have been using all things RC for over 40 years and try and use many rc suppliers. I do have 4/5 that would be my main go to due to the after sales the knowledge and the value for money on goods and postage. used this company and sent the goods back solely down to that I was heavily overcharged for postage. be wary when using and shop around if you have to wait longer for goods from a reputable store it will be worth it.

Delivery Issues
Delivery Issues – “Next Day” Does Not Mean Next Day with This Company!
I placed an order on Wednesday evening (after the 2 o’clock cut-off) with next working day delivery, meaning my order should have arrived on Friday.
I was emailed by Appliance Electronics the day before delivery (Thursday) at 14:10— note: after the 2 o’clock delivery cut-off window—saying they had authorisation issues (nice trick!).
After speaking with them on the phone, I was told the quickest delivery would now be Monday unless I paid an additional delivery charge. As this was a gift (an electric RC car) for a birthday which I needed before Monday, I was forced to pay the extra £15.00 for delivery.
I voiced my disappointment and frustration with the situation with two separate attendants and was told there was nothing they could do.
They have now lost a customer over this, which I find unbelievable.
If you are ordering something, please make sure you allow plenty of time, as in my experience, their next day delivery service is not actually next day!

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about the frustration this caused, especially as the order was intended as a birthday gift and timing was important.
We completely understand how disappointing it is when a “next day” delivery expectation is not met and when additional charges feel unexpected in order to receive the item in time. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we regret the inconvenience and stress this created for you.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the communication and resolution offered at the time. This has been shared with our team so we can review both our delivery cut-off clarity and how situations like this are handled when timing becomes critical for a customer.
We are sorry to hear we have lost you as a customer, but we do appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to improve.
If there is anything still outstanding with your order, please do reach out directly so we can ensure it is properly resolved.

Excellent service and great value product
Hello, just wanted to say a big thankyou for the ease and professionalism of our delivery today. Val & Sonu were fantastic, called up prior to delivery to advise eta and were friendly, helpful and efficient in delivering and checking the fridge/freezer.
The whole process with your company has been excellent, great value appliance, delivered quickly, pre delivery phone all to advise delivery time window and explain what would happen on the day, pre delivery call from Driver with eta, delivered efficiently, well packed , unpacked and checked by driver quickly. Couldn’t ask for more or be any happier with the service.

Next day deliver means the next day after they decide!
Their explanation below is not valid. They banned me from ordering because they were annoyed sent me faulty goods and made me make videos and take photographs of the faulty goods, then ultimately told me to throw it in the bin!! No apology, just a ban from ordering from them. Disgusting customer service - AVOID!!!

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this situation has been, especially around the delivery expectations and timing.
We completely understand your point of view. When a customer selects and pays for a “next day” delivery service, the expectation is absolutely that it should be fulfilled as described, or clearly not offered if it cannot be met. We’re sorry that this was not your experience and that it left you feeling disappointed.
We also appreciate how upsetting it is when communication around delays and delivery charges feels unclear. That is not the standard we aim for, and we understand why this has impacted your trust in us.
Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can review how delivery options are presented and how exceptions are handled, to ensure greater clarity and consistency going forward.
If there is anything still unresolved with your order or refund request, please contact us directly so we can look into it properly and make sure it is fully addressed.

Very quick delivery from ordering
Very quick delivery from ordering. However I have to send the item back as I realised after taking in the item I ordered the wrong one. Not their fault. I emailed them on how to send it back. They sent instructions including their bank details as I had to pay to send it back. I followed that ,then had a reply back to take a sreen shot of the money going into their account as they could not access their bank account. Not on never have I been asked to do this when sending something back or paying a person. Thats why only 4 stars it would have been a five otherwise.

Hi,
Thank you for your review and for your honest feedback.
We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the speed of delivery. We also appreciate you recognising that the return was due to the incorrect item being ordered rather than any fault on our part.
We understand that being asked to provide proof of payment for the return postage reimbursement may have seemed unusual. Unfortunately, as we receive a large number of transactions each day, the screenshot helped us quickly identify and verify the payment so that we could process the refund correctly.
Thank you for your patience throughout the process, and we're glad that, aside from this, you were happy with the service you received.
We appreciate your custom and hope to be able to help you again in the future.
