Brought a rc plane
Brought a rc plane from the company. There were issues with a servo, not the fault of this company so I got in touch with Eflite who produce the plane and had issues getting replacement servo. Got back in touch with appliance Electronics who sorted the issue and new servo was received. Top class supplier. Great communications. Will def use this company again. Thank you

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a fantastic review, Michael.
We're really pleased we were able to help get everything sorted for you. While the servo issue wasn't something we could resolve immediately ourselves, we're glad we could work with E-flite to get a replacement arranged and have you back up and flying as quickly as possible.
We truly appreciate your patience throughout the process and your kind words about our communication. We hope you have many enjoyable flights ahead, and if you ever need any advice or assistance in the future, we're always happy to help.
Thanks again for your support, and we look forward to serving you again! 🚁✈️
Absolutely outstanding service from…
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish!! Adam in sales was so very helpful patient and professional and went above and beyond to ensure my requirements were met. Ray, the manager was top notch at informing of proceedings every step of the way. Then Val and Sonu the delivery drivers were more than helpful respectful and courteous when delivering my appliance (which was a huge fridge freezer and no means feat!!). This all meant more because I am elderly and disabled and every consideration was given. I would not and will not hesitate to recommend this company...brilliant!!

Nearly 3 years for a response!
Just wow! I wrote in Nov 2023 that this company were awful as they left my items at the end of my garden and wouldn't bring in the house. Their response arrived TODAY June 2026 saying that customer feedback is important to them - just so you now know exactly how important your feedback is!!!!

Top class customer service!
Got up Sunday morning May 24th to find fridge freezer was ‘dead’. Knowing Monday was a Bank Holiday I realised that Tuesday was probably the earliest I could expect to see a replacement delivered, but I was under pressure because my wife has medicines which need refrigerating at a certain temperature.
After checking the usual options (AO.com, Curry’s, Argos etc.) I found the ideal unit at Appliance Electronics. The delivery period was stated as 1-3 days and they would call 24 hours before delivery, but to let them know if something was urgent. There was a phone number as well as an email for the support team.
I had sent an email explaining my situation when I placed the order, but not having heard from them by return I rang on Tuesday afternoon and was told that someone from the delivery team would call me back.
Not long after Ray called me back and said he was going to have the unit delivered the next day (Wednesday) for which I thanked him. However, he called back shortly after to advise that one of his drivers had just returned to the yard and was happy to make the delivery that evening. Bearing in mind it was already 16.45 I was amazed and delighted. I had a message from Ray advising the drivers name and mobile number, along with images of the unit being loaded. At 18.15 Steve arrived and 10 minutes later the unit was in place in our kitchen!
Top class customer service guys, our thanks to all of you (and our new fridge freezer is great!)

I asked to have items in stock sent out…
I asked to have items in stock sent out asap after not realising they do not ship items out until all items in stock. I didn't know that nor rrad that anywhere, however got told by Alex all items in stock and has been dispatched. Upon chasing it up it turns out that email was sent accidently to me instead of someone else. A birthday gift that was supposed to arrive in time. The was told I'd have to pay an additional shipping charge to send items that arrive in stock later which I didnt want to do. As a gesture of goodwill and for giving wrong info they could have easily waived it. Also their shipping fees are a lot more than other places. Asked to cancel order and waiting for a refund, yet to receive a reply! Go shop elsewhere, avoid these guys. All other poor reviews are all saying same thing about shipping issues.

Hi John,
We’re genuinely sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
It’s never the outcome we want for a customer, especially when the order is intended for a special occasion. We understand how disappointing delays and unclear communication can be, and we also appreciate how important it is to receive accurate updates throughout the process.
In your case, there was confusion around the stock and dispatch communication, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience this created. We also understand your concerns regarding additional shipping charges and how that impacted your decision.
Your feedback has been noted carefully, and we’re reviewing how we communicate stock and dispatch updates to ensure this is clearer going forward.
If your refund is still pending or if there is anything outstanding, please reach out directly so we can make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible.
Thank you again for your feedback, it is genuinely appreciated and helps us improve.
Kind regards

Very Impressive customer service
Wide range of products at a competitive price but what I was really impressed me was their speed of delivery and communication. I even got a phone call on a bank holiday to let me know that the goods would be delivered next day and explain how the goods were packaged.
