Abigail the manager when we lining up to get tickets in the morning was very professional, lovely and helpful.

BGT is one of my all-time favorite television shows. I never thought I would have the chance to watch it live. I met many wonderful people there, and the show itself was absolutely fascinating. The staff were very friendly, professional, and quick to help. I would really love to have more opportunities to watch it again in the future.

Everything was very simple and the process was easy to understand. I had a query so I sent a message via whatsapp which I had a response to. I found it very informative, with Applausestore even giving details of Stasher to store larger bags safely during the show. I found this very useful as I travelled with my son and needed to take some things to entertain him in the queue so, having never heard of this before, I was really impressed. The queue didnt take as long as I had thought (around 2 hours although for some people this may have been longer or shorter). I was informed that I had been selected around 1 week before the show which gave plenty of notice to plan. The only thing I would say is that I had a bit of a nightmare worrying if our outfits would be acceptable as it stated you had to dress up so I bought some new clothes only to find when we got there that there were lots of people wearing hoodies/very casual clothes. I didnt really mind this though as we enjoyed making a bit of an effort but did cost extra when it didnt need to. The show itself was brilliant and I will definitely be trying for more tickets in the future

Had a great time took my 15yr old daughter first time to anything like this she loved it! only thing was having to queue early to get tickets then come back later would be great if once you get a text or email saying you got tickets that they are sent to you and then take ID and queue one time otherwise day is long all staff where welcoming a friendly things ran smoothly

Absolutely loved the experience attending BGT Semi-finals. Fantastic show, incredible atmosphere, smooth operation from all staff involved. Would definitely do it all again.

The entire event was very well organised. The booking process was easy to follow, and the arrival instructions. It went very smoothly. Highly recommended!

It was brilliant.

We arrived before 8am in the hope that we would guarantee our tickets. We thought arriving early would advantage us in terms of where we would be sitting, however, we were a little disappointed to find ourselves in the circle in block 1 on the aisle nearest to the perimeter. My daughter, a super fan, found it difficult to see, especially when a lady two rows ahead had her phone elevated recording the entire show, blocking my daughter’s view. I think the ticket exchange could be improved, as it makes for a very long day when you have children.
Having said all this, we absolutely loved the show and would do it all over again if we had the opportunity ❤️

Everything was great about the day my only problem was that when I applied for tickets I was a premium member that but when the tickets came through my membership had run out so got general tickets I tried to renew my membership but couldn’t as at the time I tried it was still active we had restricted view tickets but even then we could see everything we needed to
