Didn't think we would have a chance as Didn't know how ticket exchange works but even at 1pm we got tickets for the semi final. So smooth to come back in and a great show.

This company has banned me because I’m disabled and I’m dyslexic. You guys need to understand what dyslexia is and what one P minus is which is a brain condition and don’t make up lies about people.  I’ve been going to applause store shows half of my life I how the  system worked, but now you guys have become more concentrated on the  brand then people have customer service treat people with respect. I’d always do and I always have done with the public so that is false you saying I haven’t don’t make up lies. Listen to actually what people are saying what I’ve been concentrating on your company and it looking good. This. Doesn’t help at all. Avoid at all costs save your money. Save your journey.  there’s at least three other companies that you can choose from. You be kept waiting a long time and there’s lots of guest list and production and then Priority so good luck to general. Care about people more and and you might be a better company.

The whole team from start to finish were amazing, professional and kept the crowd pleased

Very well organised. Sadly we got a restrictive view seat but we loved the atmosphere and the host was very entertaining. We still had a wonderful night.

Worst management ever ! No empathy. No Comms. I travelled 6 hours to be to a show, they just refused when I showed up saying there's no space. This should have been communicated much much in advance. Why even process a ticket?
The audience manager was rude too.

This was the first my children and I have attended any show like this. It was amazing and my children had a fab time

Absolutely loved the BGT semi final last week.

Although we were there early, we queued for nearly two hours and the seats we got weren’t the best. Obviously others had arrived ‘extremely’ early in order to queue. I hadn’t realised quite how busy it would be.
We were quite high up in the circle near the back and we were unable to see everything and sometimes not hear what was happening.

It did feel well run and everything was pretty clear in the t&c’s.

***However, the atmosphere, the show and the experience was so good to be a part of. We would definitely love to do it again…would just be nicer to be a bit closer ***

Great seats, quick quing, and got to meet sineta

I have a teenage daughter with Down syndrome. She has an access card that states she struggles with queues.
I arrived at the event BGT semi finals. I showed them my daughter’s access card but was told because I hadn’t checked the accessibility box at time of booking we would have to join the general entry queue ( this was several hundred people long). It was a long queue and a long wait. By the end of the day my daughter very tired, tearful and had aching legs. This could’ve been completely avoided if her Access arrangements had been met.
Of note , I had contacted applause store directly a week before to explain the situation ( my daughter having a disability ) but was told the same thing - as I hadn’t ticked the box at the time of booking my daughter was not entitled to an accessibility ticket.
I WOULD LIKE TO ADD I WAS SENT AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL AFTER THE EVENT TO RATE MY EXPERIENCE. I PRESSED THE ONE STAR BUTTON . After doing this, a screen came up they ‘are no longer accepting responses ‘
However, if I pressed five star, I was able to leave a review.
Maybe it was just a glitch. But it does make me wonder.

The experience was amazing. Felt totally different seeing it in person. The acts were truly incredible.
Hope to see it again soon

"It would be even better if there was a big screen projecting the judges for the back audience. We could still see them, but a screen would make it much clearer and more enjoyable for everyone seated further away. Overall, it was a great show!"

Abigail the manager when we lining up to get tickets in the morning was very professional, lovely and helpful.

BGT is one of my all-time favorite television shows. I never thought I would have the chance to watch it live. I met many wonderful people there, and the show itself was absolutely fascinating. The staff were very friendly, professional, and quick to help. I would really love to have more opportunities to watch it again in the future.

Everything was very simple and the process was easy to understand. I had a query so I sent a message via whatsapp which I had a response to. I found it very informative, with Applausestore even giving details of Stasher to store larger bags safely during the show. I found this very useful as I travelled with my son and needed to take some things to entertain him in the queue so, having never heard of this before, I was really impressed. The queue didnt take as long as I had thought (around 2 hours although for some people this may have been longer or shorter). I was informed that I had been selected around 1 week before the show which gave plenty of notice to plan. The only thing I would say is that I had a bit of a nightmare worrying if our outfits would be acceptable as it stated you had to dress up so I bought some new clothes only to find when we got there that there were lots of people wearing hoodies/very casual clothes. I didnt really mind this though as we enjoyed making a bit of an effort but did cost extra when it didnt need to. The show itself was brilliant and I will definitely be trying for more tickets in the future

Had a great time took my 15yr old daughter first time to anything like this she loved it! only thing was having to queue early to get tickets then come back later would be great if once you get a text or email saying you got tickets that they are sent to you and then take ID and queue one time otherwise day is long all staff where welcoming a friendly things ran smoothly
