We had a brilliant time watching the BGT semi finals! Having the priority tickets meant we went to straight to the front of the queue without having to wait hours. Thanks so much for a great experience for me and my children!

We went BGT and loved it! Can't believe we saw westlife too. We was in the middle upper circle and we could easily see the stage. We would of loved to have been in the stalls.... but how can I complain when its free, I will be trying for tickets again!

Seats so far back we couldnt see the judges or half of the acts that didnt perform on stage.
We had our 8 year old son with us who was so excited and could barley see the whole time.
It was nice to be apart of the atmosphere but I felt the seats were so far back it wasn't really worth it.

We had the best experience using Applause Tickets. The booking process was straightforward, communication before the show was clear, and entry on the day was well organised. The atmosphere at the show was amazing and the seats/ticket allocation were better than expected. Would definitely use them again for future events

It was great being part of a studio audience. We had priority tickets because we didn’t get in last year which I think is great. All well organised and a great night out.

We were moved seat by a fabulous young man, I unfortunately can't remember his name. He was full of energy from the 8am in the morning when we arrived, giving the queue all the information needed.
This made for a memorable experience for myself, daughter and her friend.

Being able to be part of the experience was great in itself. To be part of the audience was great fun!

Amazing atmosphere great acts. An incredible experience. Make sure you get there early to pick up tickets.

Great show. Well organised. Only room for improvement would be screens for anything that cannot be seen from the upper circle.

My sister, nephew, son and i had a great time! The only downside was the queuing time in the morning before starting to give out the tickets. Wasn't sure what the wait was for. I have been to other shows and its straight in, get your ticket and go back later. Also doesnt matter how early I get there, I'm always in the gods. 🙈😂

Excellent experience! I loved being able to get the tickets and take part in such a huge event. Truly loved it.

The organisation was very good and efficient. We only queued for an hour in the morning and it was a great idea to give out tickets then and return for the show in the evening so people knew early on whether or not they were getting in.
The show was particularly great!
We were disappointed to only get tickets for back of the Circle but apparently it is luck of the draw on the day. Would be nice to think if you are in a poor seat for one show, you might be given a better seat for a future show.
It was also a bit disappointing that the compere was only really including the Stalls or people at the front of the Circle. Did feel a bit alienated the further back you were.
All in all, we did have a really good time and will keep fingers crossed for better seats in future.

Amazing experience, our first time going. Would definitely do it again!! The audience was kept well entertained, singing and dancing. Thought it was well organised.

I’ve been a dedicated fan and user of Applause Store for several years now. Overall, the experience is good; the organization is professional, and I’ve never had an issue with their communication.

However, the overbooking policy is a significant drawback. When you travel two hours for a show, the risk of being turned away is frustrating. While I appreciate the "priority ticket" system for those previously rejected, it feels like a reactive solution. It would be much more efficient if there were a way to guarantee seats for confirmed attendees in advance. This would save loyal fans hours of travel time and the stress of queuing, only to potentially be sent home.

Queues on the day were kept moving and the show was great! Other guests spoilt the experience a little bit as they were on their phones during the show scrolling emails and not joining in and one or two were a bit drunk and inappropriately behaved with one another. Sound in the circle seats could also be improved as it was tricky to hear what was going on with Ant and Dec and the judges - we thought there were screens in the past so that the audience could see what was going on down below?

Team is always bubbly and polite. And great at exciting the crowd. They are well-briefed, can answer queries and are efficient.
