Had a great time, the only thing that would of made it better would of been if our seats were in the stalls

We thought the whole day was well organised and had such fun.

Very well organised and a fantastic competition show for all the family. Staff very friendly and professional.

We had a great night. Would have been better if we could have seen the judges area. But was an experience I won’t forget.

Difficult to get the ticket, but the BGT live show was fantastic, The staff was nice during ticket exchange.

Our visit to the BGT semi-final was excellent. I took my 14-year-old daughter who has autism, and she absolutely loved the experience. The acts were great, it was quite interesting to see just how much work goes into this two-hour show, the production is a massive event, moving large items of props around on and off the stage is such a short period of time (the adverts and while Ant and Dec chat to the judges.

The entire experience was a wonderful evening

My only minor gripe is that you have to arrive at lunchtime to get your tickets, and then you leave the theatre for the next four to five hours before returning for the NG show. This results in money being spent that you probably didn't count on to keep kids busy. My daughter and I decided to take a little trip down the Circle Line and visit Westfield shopping centre, which is apparently the largest in both the UK and Europe. It was massive, laid out over three floors in places.

We returned to the theatre around 6pm and took our seats for the "performance", it was extremely loud, however both the hosts and the judges weren't amplified anywhere close to the same as the acts and you could hardly hear them. That thought, didn't distract for what we were there for (to see the acts), they were excellent.

I want to thank all the staff that we had contact with as they were all very helpful, polite and friendly. Couldn't fault anything aside from the 3-5 hours in limbo waiting to return to the theatre.

Everyone is so friendly and really helpful and they just make your day so calm and very chilled which is good.

Everything ran smoothly however I do just have one little negative opinion, me and my sister attended with our sons (hers is 13 & mine is 9) we were in the queue very early but was still seated quite high up which is fair enough however once seated we saw several people from further back than us being ushered to go with a member of staff to sit downstairs, my sister asked if there was any closer seats to be told a straight “no” no explanation etc just no. We then saw more people going with him shortly afterwards. Now I understand you want to fill up the seats downstairs so if it’s shown on tv it looks full but it seemed to be all adults being moved, Adults that are able to still see from being up on the balcony, whereas younger children don’t have the same advantage. It was just a bit disappointing to see especially for my son who has been wanting to go to BGT since he was 6 and after telling him there aren’t any seats closer to then seeing others get moved was a bit disappointing. Other than that the staff managing the tickets in the queue were lovely and took the time to explain everything, very friendly and welcoming.

Good well organised ticket distribution. We had really great seats too which was a bonus!!

I was disappointed to have an email asking me to arrive at 4pm only to find out that tickets had been released and distributed by 10/11am.

I had also used the BUZZ code for free entry. I then received an email saying that the status of my ticket had changed, so I assumed that it was confirming my guaranteed entry. I then spoke to someone on WhatsApp messenger and I didn't get the best response.

That being said, on the day, I spoke to a lovely lady who pointed me in the direction of a lovely man with long hair wearing a baseball cap, with a dark green and black stripped long tshirt under his red applause store shirt.

He was super nice and gave me and my kids raffle tickets to line up for a hopeful 5:30 entry.

We got the tickets and attended the show. The kids were happy, my lower back was broken from all the standing. The kids want to come back again to get pictures with the judges!

All the whole teams were lovely!

Loved being able to watch the show, and the whole experience was smooth although, we had ‘priority’ tickets.. we were three rows from the very back at the top and couldn’t event see the judges. Speaking to people there were closer to the front that us they said they had standard stickers rather than priority.. which is a shame! Some screens up top of the judges would have been a good idea ☺️

Phenominal experience! Well organised event and staff were on hand to help with any queries. Had the best time with my friend. Our seats were in the Circle and near the back but still had a great view. All the acts we saw were amazing and the fire wheel performance was awesome in person as we could feel the heat and the drama right there. We got to see the judges, Westlife (so lucky) and my all time favourites, Ant and Dec. We loved it

Loved it! Got the best seats in the house gave my partner her dream experience sat right behind Simon!

We had the best day ever we did qutue for 2 and half hours outside to get in which was alot with a young kid but show was great once we were in were trying yo get tickets for the final now if you could help

The staff at applause store are always incredibly friendly and remarkably polite and patient given how some audience members treat them and should be commended. If I had one slight issue it’s that their access policy has recently changed and it is now impossible to get access tickets, I have been applying for access tickets for BGT for the whole of last year and all of this year with no luck but decided to apply for last week’s show not clicking the access box and got tickets straight away.

Obviously I understand there’s only so many tickets but this gives disabled people a much smaller chance but having a significantly smaller percentage of tickets available for disabled people just makes life more challenging. Applause Store could do with hiring an access consultant/host who can help create a fairer system that caters to all types of disability. (If you need someone I can help!)

Always a great experience and well looked after

We had a brilliant time watching the BGT semi finals! Having the priority tickets meant we went to straight to the front of the queue without having to wait hours. Thanks so much for a great experience for me and my children!

We went BGT and loved it! Can't believe we saw westlife too. We was in the middle upper circle and we could easily see the stage. We would of loved to have been in the stalls.... but how can I complain when its free, I will be trying for tickets again!
