My neighbour brings it home from where she works and gives it to me. There's some weird combinations. Curry and mash potatoes.??!! Rice with it wasn't bad. Fish and mash potatoes. The fish was ok The mash is terrible. Colour is enough to put you off. The worst so far is the shepherds pie. Meat slop covered with a very thin layer of mash. I'm not a fussy eater, but I couldn't eat that.

We literally had to soak the oil off the trays with kitchen paper. One client of ours said “he wouldn’t feed it to his dogs” we didn’t stick with them very long. I thought I’d review after it jogged my memory from a Facebook ad. Date is estimated.

Absolute Kundenverarsche - unterstes Level -
Diesem Unternehmen überhaupt einen Punkt zu vergeben ist bereits zu viel des Guten! Wurde etliche Male angelogen, wo es hieß, dies zahlt die Kasse mit dem Zusatzbeitrag. Dann dachte ich gut, wenn wenigstens ein Teil erstattet wird zur Krebsbehandlung und Pflege ok. Als ich eingereicht habe, trotz Lügen der Krankenkasse, Pflege und Apetito bzw. Landhausküche kam 1,5 Monate später die Absage, Meine Behandlung aufgrund auch anderer Lügen musste trotz 3fach unheilbarem Krebs und nun immensen Problemen, dank solchen Lügnern entfallen. Der Zustand dementsprechend, dies grenzt bereits an Mord! Danke dafür. Zudem für diesen Preis und dieses Essen, absolut lachhaft. Zudem habe ich mittlerweile 2 Boxen, für was. Nur um wiedermal Geld zu verdienen. Scheinbar schon. Hinzu kommt, dass ich 3x Essen bes stellt habe, wie für morgen, jedoch nichts geliefert wird,
da nichts angezeigt wird, warum auch immer. Denke morgen ist es wie üblich das gleiche. Zudem gibt es manche überhaupt genießbaren Essen nur alle 2 Monate, die anderen beinahe alle 2 Wochen. Unflexibler geht's nicht mehr. Wo liegt deren Problem, jede Kantine ist flexibler, die sogar noch mehr Kunden hat. Und zudem Essen zu bestellen und dann leer ausgehen, dies zudem nicht 1x, sondern bereits mehrfach ist ein absolutes no go. Wo ist hier Kundenservice, zudem bei dem Preis. Keine Lieferung, schlechtes Essen, extrem teuer - wäre Zeit mal deren Management zu überdenken und zwar dringend! Dass dann noch nicht mal Entschuldigung oder sonst was kommt, absolut unterstes Level. Gebe Note 6!

Applied for a job here and was given an interview, was told by the interviewer/manager that i’d hear back in a few days, nearly 4 weeks later multiple attempted calls, no communication from the recruiter (phone keeps ringing out) and no one willing to help over the phone at all. Avoid

Awful! Come to the site to do a collection. Forklift guy was helpful also the security women was great! Forklift guy told me to speak to his superior, so I did. The superior was very rude, snapped at me demanding stuff I couldn’t tell him as the company sorted the collection out not me. Gave him the information I had which is all he required. Sat and waited for an hour and then went and spoke to him again after no sign of my collection, his response was he text someone.
What type of supervisor is that, not helpful at all. Very rude. Something that would normally be sorted in 10/15 mins is taking hours.

Apetito food is absolutely horrible. The website proclaims that the food is made from great ingredients, but I do not know how they manage to make it so grim! I have thrown away the last 5 out of 6 meals. The chilli was OK but the rest are mushy crap.

Awful and turns to mush if not used within 30 mins of heating.
Awful. The care home where my mum lives changed ownership in 2023. They changed the freshly made food that was perfect and well made to Apetito to save money and staffing. I can say that my mum doesn’t like it. There are a number of other residents that don’t like it either and lots of waste is seen. 10 months in for the first time ever my mum has vitamin deficiencies. I was told by the home that if not eaten within 30 minutes it can’t be eaten and goes to mush. Vile and simply not good enough for our elders.

I used to cook apetito where i worked and I can honestly say that these meals are absolutely beautiful! I wish you sold them in supermarkets as I would love to buy some for myself! Your mustard pepper mash and sausages in a rich gravy sauce is amazing and your deserts too! I love all the meals I've tried. Very lovely to cook them too, very practical and more importantly the presentation and flavour 💯💯💯 thank you for providing excellent meals for people who have to have blended food too, you made these meals look highly presentable and very delicious too. I highly recommend these to everyone.
