Great price, excellent service
I ordered a Lego set at a much better price (even accounting for delivery costs) than I could get from any UK-based supplier. I was a little nervous about having it sent all the way from Prague but I needn't have worried. It was dispatched very quickly and although it did arrive a day later than estimated I suspect that was more to do with the courier who picked it up after it had landed in London rather than any issue at the Czech end. Thank you, I wouldn't hesitate to order from you again.

Never again!
5-7 days delivery - is big lie.. it means that in 5-7 days they will pack your parcel and the parcel may leave the warehouse!
Delivery is over 3 weeks - if you lucky!
For a weeks I Called: Alza, skynet delivery and dhl to search for the parcel!
After 3,5 week I received a plug! Small part of my order!
After calling everyone again I had to go to dhl depo to collect the parcel my self!
It was really stressful experience- I will never order anything from them!
I sat down and cried at the end!
I couldn’t believe the service and the way they deal with my order !!

Item finally here..
Item finally here... 4 days later than expected.
Zero communication with Alza, and I don't know whether the product works yet as they've sold me a product that has an EU plug (again, no communication on this).
Would I use them again? I got a good price but probably not due to the lack of communication and slowness of delivery.

Do not buy from these guys, they don´t care!
Placed and order (#449335312) on the 20th November on their Uk website ("We deliver within 2-3 business days throughout the UK"), however the goods are coming from Czech Rep and at this time no one knowns where it is, except that it´s in London. Customer service completely useless, with vague answers and no support at all, AND STILL NO ORDER.
Stay away from these guys like the plague, they will waste your time and money.
If I could I would rate ZERO stars.

Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company, don’t use.
Ordered on the 13th November 2021, was originally meant to be delivered on the 26th, then the 29th, it is currently the 4th of December and it’s still not here. 5-7 working day delivery is a complete lie and the customer service is useless. And by reading some of the reviews on here I’m wondering whether it’ll ever turn up anyway, and if it does it will most likely be faulty. So just don’t bother, shop elsewhere.

Bad logistic
We can't rely on their planning.
I had a wrong address to be delivered, to make this change, I had to do 7 calls, those 7 calls, 6 hang on me because I'm an English speaker, the 7th transferred me. After telling my problem, it was supposed to be solved. 2 days later I still don't have my order. It's just a mess.

Coffee machine without milk foamer
I bought a coffee machine with milk foamer (slightly used). It was delivered without the milk foamer. When returning to the shop I was first told 'that can happen when you buy used goods'. After having to convince them for 10 minutes, that the milk foamer was part of the purchase, I got the choice to either wait for the foamer or get my money back. I'd like to wait, since it was a good deal. However, they suddenly pay back my money and cancel the whole deal (why even asking then??). Now I lost my chance for good deals on Black Friday, thanks to the terrible way of handling this issue. Besides all that, Alza is advertising with free coffee capsules when buying the machine on their page. Also for the slightly used machine I bought. However I was told 'Ah well, that's not possible for used machines, you can't get the free capsules'. I'm pretty sure that's false advertisement and not allowed by law. When I was mentioning this, they were just laughing at me. Overall a terrible experience.

I know Alza from Prague
I know Alza from Prague. A bit overpriced but generally very reliable. Whole different story in Vienna: no confirmation of delivery, money taken, goods undelivered to the pick up box, staff telling me they’ll find out, but apparently unable to. After one week after the payment I still have no idea what happened and what’s going to happen. Strange.

I was a little skeptical to order at first due to the negative reviews on this site. But contrary to the views and opinions expressed about this company, i can confirm from my personal experience, this eshop is legit. I ordered a thrustmaster steering wheel, and it arrived exactly on the date stated within a week to the UK from the Czech Rebublic. The package arrived in pristine condition, which is hard to believe considering how far it’s travelled. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience dealing with this company, and would 100% recommended them. Hope this may be of some help to those skeptical about buying.

I have been waiting for my delivery for…
I have been waiting for my delivery for several days now and they keep telling that that driver couldn't deliver when I have a camera in my reception and I can see that he never even makes it to the reception or try to leave the goods in there where I explicitly I asked to.
This is ridiculous!!
