The goods ordered did not arrive until sometime after the expected date, they were as described but only had a European plug on it so had to use a converter.
Don't know whether I would use them again

Great customer service
I ordered a coffee machine from Alza UK. Arrived late but this was due to it being held on customs as the product was coming from the EU (not Alza's fault). When I ring the customer service they were very professional, helpful and picked up phone instantly - no long queues to get through an operator. The coffee machine arrived about a week after expected in perfect condition and I'm really happy with the purchase.

The item failed to turn up primarily due to them not using the correct delivery address,
Despite 4 phone calls over 2 months the item still failed to arrive.
I eventually received a credit from Paypal.
